Jaemin walked excitedly next to Renjun as they made their way through the big mall. He loved going to the mall, especially while being a college student because he could go during the day when everyone was still at work and school. The empty walkways were perfect, and Renjun agreed. It was the only time he agreed to go to the mall with the younger, when no one else was there.

While they were walking their normal route around the mall, coffees in their hands that they had just bought, Jaemin suddenly takes a turn they do not normally go down. Renjun ignores it and follows, but he begins to look at his friend in confusion as they make their ways towards a Hot Topic. 

Of course, Renjun had been there before with some of his other friends, it wasn’t a completely foreign place for him, but he had never gone with the younger in their many times shopping together. Jaemin just wasn’t ever that type of person. Of course he listened to music, but he was never so into it he would buy a band shirt. 

“Are we walking towards Hot Topic?” Renjun continues to walk beside the younger, raising his eyebrow at his overly joyful friend.

“Yes,” Jaemin looks at him and notices the slight confusion flickering in his eyes. “Oh you are wondering why. I was talking to one of my classmates the other day and they said they have a Sanrio section. I wanted to see if they had anything for My Melody.”

“Doesn’t Claire’s have Sanrio?” Renjun points his hand in the opposite direction. “I mean we could literally just take the hour trip over the weekend and go to the small Sanrio shop.”

“But this is here and now,” Jaemin says as they walk into the dark store, unfamiliar music playing in the background. He began to look around the store, spotting the pink from Hello Kitty on the right side and quickly walking towards it.

Although Renjun truly looked like he lost his way trying to look for literally any other store, Jaemin didn’t look so out of place. The older consistently wore clothing that looked more high-fashion and expensive, even if it wasn’t. In other words, he looked rich. He never seemed to fit in with places like this. Overall, the male just looked high class and like he should be shopping in a designer square, not a shopping mall.

On the other hand, Jaemin wore blue jeans with a massive hole in the knee accompanied by a black hoodie. He also wore low top vans. His entire persona felt very nonchalant, but people close to him knew he was very hyper and clingy. He had black hair and a pretty face that made people turn their head, and he was aware.
