The loud noises of everyone chatting about in the great hall filled your ears as you sat with your best friend Hermione granger discussing the up coming potions quiz

"I don't know Hermione maybe I don't know enough to pass" you sighed

"You're going to be just fine y/n you know Alot about potions I believe in you" she patted your shoulder and smiled

"Thanks mione" you smiled back at her

You look up to see Harry and Ron Walking towards you, your eyes met Ron's and you looked down blushing you've had a crush on him since year 3 and you both were now in year 5 he's grown quite handsome.

Your thoughts were interrupted but Harry sitting next to you

"Hey y/n wanna come back to earth?" Harry chuckled

"Oh shove off Harry" you playfully nudged him Ron looked at you laughing with Harry and a weird feeling came over him he tried to ignore it but Hermione noticed and pinched him

"Oi what the bloody hell Hermione" Ron whispered

"You're jealous that y/n is close to Harry" Hermione pointed out

"Oh don't be ridiculous we are just friends" Ron scoffed

Hermione rolled her eyes and looked back at you talking with Harry, you looked towards Ron and his face was red

"Hey Ron are you ok?" You asked he jumped slightly at the sound of your voice

"Yea I'm fine y/n/n don't worry about me" he faked a smile

You gently took his hand which surprised you as much as him he looked at your e/c eyes and turned even redder

"Ron are you sure you're ok you are really red" you said gently

"U-um i-i" he started to stutter then he got up in embarrassment and left leaving you, Harry and Hermione very confused.

"What was that about" Harry asked

You shrugged your shoulders and looked at Hermione for the answer but she shrugged her shoulders as well

"I'll go talk to him" Harry said as he stood up and headed towards Ron in the corridor

You decided to get up and follow you were worried about him and wanted to make sure he was ok when you heard Ron and Harry talking you decided to listen in.

"Harry I can't take it anymore" you heard Ron start "she's so beautiful I can't keep getting flustered what am I gonna do?

"Just tell her how you feel Ron I'm sure she feels the same way, but you'll never know if you don't try" Harry spoke

"Ok you're right, Harry I'll tell her" Ron sighed

They opened the door to see you standing there awkwardly you waved and Chuckled as harry winked at Ron and went back to hermione

"Um y/n there's something I need to tell you" he spoke

"Yes Ron?" You asked

"Look I've had a crush on you for a while and I was wondering if you'd like to be my girlfriend" he spoke fast but you heard everything

You froze and turned bright red

"Ron you have no idea how long I've been wanting you to ask me that" you smile as you pull him in and kiss his cheek

He wraps his arms around your plump waist and pulled you into him and kissed your lips you smiled into the kiss and the thought that you are finally dating your crush ran in your head it was perfect
