Ok guy this is a quick recap in case you guys forgot where we stopped at the last chapter.

she grabbed a hold of my shoulder's then turned me around roughly " What's happening here," I asked getting irritated to see her face all up in my space.
"That little brat ruined my precious expensive shoes and dared to talk back at me."
"Is that why you decide to raise your hand at a child?" I said with anger with anger running through my veins and with every word that came out of my mouth dripping like venom.
''I didn't mean to " the little boy sobbed out. Just as she was about to say something I slapped her. She screeched and fell to the ground.
'' It ok now sweetheart She can't hurt you ". I said while I placed my hand on both of his cheeks and used my thumbs to wipe away his stray tears.
she got backed up holding a now swollen gaw . ''guards . get them ''she orders with a shout pointing at us. Out of nowhere a group of men dressed in black with earpieces in their ears. They charged at us.
They surrounded us. ''Arch'' the kid screamed I haven't yet learned his name. I kicked the guard that was holding the little boy in his arms. I aimed for his nuts when his hand got loose I used the opportunity to grab the boy and send my fist straight to his face breaking his nose in the process.

And so I did. I took hold of his hands and then ran as if there were tomorrow. We ran outside to the nearest bench near the mall

We're now panting from exhaustion. I turned to check to see if he was ok or to dramatize what happened, but to my surprise, I saw him smiling then he started giggling. I laughed along with him.
"That's funny huh?." I ask while smiling. '' you're awesome, that was awesome and so cool '' he said with his eyes holding excitement in them.
