Stephen and Toni dated prior to Iron Man which resulted in Peter's birth in 2001.
Toni and Stephen broke up before Toni found out about her pregnancy but she told Stephen once she knew and he visits Peter often.
In the first Iron Man Stephen and Toni will get back together and Peter is 7.
Harley becomes Harley Stark after Iron Man 3 when Toni adopts him.
Thor is only friends with Jane and becomes part of the relationship with Toni and Stephen right after Age of Ultron but they flirt before then. (Mainly Toni but Stephen is fine with it and flirts a little too since it will become a relationship between all of them and meets Thor better during the Age of Ultron party)
Peter will still be with Aunt May who in this story will be one of Toni's close friends who Peter stays with when she and Stephen are both busy. Peter will also go by the Parker last name when in school to be treated the same as other kids.
Morgan will be Thor's biological child in Endgame (Stephen will still get snapped).
