A family of four, your family, have brought you company. Said that she will keep you company while they were away at work or school.

You thought it was a new toy. You lost the last one, stuff always go missing in the house..... theres a conspiracy there. And you know it.

Though when they came back, you saw that they were carring a cage. A pet carrier.

The father: Alright (y/n). I know we haven't been giving you enough attention. But we went out and decided to get you a new friend!

The mother: She is so cute! You'll like her.

The son: Are you sure? What if they just end up killing each other. Or more likely him kill her.

The daughter: Yeah, you know the whole-

Mom: Oh it's just a myth. I'm sure everything will be fine.

Son: You said that about almost everything and those times usually something goes wrong.

Mom: Well she is as old as (y/n).

Son: And that helps how?

The father put down the cage and you could see, kinda glassy eyes staring back at you.

Father: Alright (y/n), meet Luna!

As soon as he opened the cage, a paw came out. Then Luna came out. Finally, you realized, it was a cat.

Luna:*meow*

She stared at you for a little while, then left.

Son: See.

Mother: Nothing exploded yet.

Daughter: the key word is yet, mom. Also nothing is supposed to explode.

Mom: Oh hush. She is just exploring her new home. She'll be playing with (y/n)-*pets (y/n)'s head*- in a while.

Son: Bet you 100 bucks an a free pass to do what ever I want if she ignores him for a week.

Daughter: I do too. No matter what we do we get a free pass. Even if it's the same thing later on.

Mother: Fine. I bet she will be playing with him in half that time and you two have to wash dishes for a year.

Day 1

Luna, still ignores (y/n). She is getting a lot of love from her new family. You are an after thought but was still fed. The boy does play with you and marks the day.

Day 2

You try to get near Luna, but she just skitters off or runs away. You are scolded by the mother for scaring Luna.

Mom: Bad dog! Don't scare Luna like that.

Daughter: mom? You aren't helping your case.

Mom: Oh we still have a couple of days.

Daughter: I need to go clothes shopping. I'm taking the car and heading out with my brother.

Mom: Fine. But trust me I will win.

Day 3

You try again and get scolded again. The mother sends you outside in the yard. Luna on the other hand stays inside and sleeps on the parents bed while they sleep. Something the mother won't let you do even when they aren't home.

Though at midnight you say someone sneak into the boys room. It's a common occurance though.

Day 4

It starts to rain and you are in an old doghouse. It was a tight squeez but it was big enough to stay and sleep.
