You woke up in a panic from your nightmare in a cold sweat in your dream you were lost in a maze screaming for George and your friends when something grabs you and pulls you into the walls of the maze

You look around your dorm room shaking but realizing that it was just a dream you are scared to sleep alone so you still in your pajamas sneak out of y/h's common room and sneakily make your way to the Gryffindor common room.

You whispered the password and the fat lady gave you a weird look but let you in you did your best to sneak into Fred and George's room you gently knock

"Georgie, are you awake?" You whispered not expecting an answer

Suddenly the door opened and you look to see your boyfriend George standing there worriedly in his pajama pants with no shirt

"What's wrong darling?" He asked, you were too busy staring at his shirtless body

"Darling?" He asked again putting his hand on your shoulder and snapping you out of your daze.

"I had a nightmare Georgie I'm too scared to sleep alone," you said blushing

"Oh my love come on" he guided you into the room

"You can sleep with me tonight," he said as you both lay down on his bed be quiet trying to not wake Fred who was in the other bed across the room.

"I'm sorry to be a bother George I just feel uneasy being alone right now," you said as you snuggled next to him

"If you ever need me, my princess I'm always here for you," he said pulling you closer so your head was on his chest you laid your arm across his abdomen.

He was warm and smelled of marshmallows and a warm campfire it was the most comforting smell in the world to you

"Thank you, my love," you said as you closed your eyes listening to his heartbeat and his breathing it was lulling you to sleep you were almost asleep when George spoke

"I love you so much y/n, more than anything in this whole world," he said as he kissed your forehead.

"I love you more George you make me feel so safe like nothing will ever hurt me," you said smiling.

"That's my job darling as long as I'm on this planet you will always be safe," he said as he rubbed your back

You smiled at this he was the best boyfriend you could've ever asked for.

"You're the best boyfriend a girl could ever ask for Georgie" you smiled.

"And you're the most perfect girlfriend a guy could have I'm so lucky you chose me," he said leaning to kiss your cheek

You snuggled into his warm chest his steady breathing and heartbeat helped you fall asleep fast he smiled while looking at you as you peacefully slept

"You are my universe y/n I will do anything to keep you safe" he whispered to you as you slept

You slept peacefully that night with no nightmares subconsciously you knew George was there and that he would protect you
