It was summer right before year 7 at Hogwarts you are staying with the Weasleys due to your parents disowning you for being in y/h your parents did want to associate with that house in any way.

Harry and Hermione were staying as well due to limited space you had to share a room with Harry and Ron you had the air mattress on the floor even though Harry had offered to take it you are stubborn and kept telling him no.

A beam of sunlight hits your eyes as you wake up hair a mess and yawn and stretch you look over to see Ron is still asleep and so is Harry you try to quietly get up but you accidentally trip over Ron's clothes on the floor and hit your knee. "Oww damn it" you whisper-shouted you see Ron stirring before he wakes up to see you next to his bed holding your knee.

"Bloody hell y/n are you ok?!" He gets off the bed and sits on the floor with you

"Yea Ron I just fell and hit my knee I'll be ok" as you said that you noticed a bruise already starting to form you curse yourself for bruising so easily.

Ron noticed and gently rubbed your back to comfort you "my mum has some potions for that growing up in this house you bruise a lot" he chuckled

You giggled at this "yea I can only imagine"

He smiles at you and you feel your stomach doing flips you've had a crush on Ron since a second year and you'd hope with him kissing lavender and how much that hurt you that it would've gone away but alas it hasn't it has only grown stronger.

"Are you running a fever y/n your face is all red" he broke your thoughts

"No no, I'm ok it's just a little hot in here because it's summer" you get up and rush to the bathroom to get ready and shower.

Ron was left there confused but he was also slightly blushing because of how adorable you are.

After your shower and getting dressed (in whatever outfit you like) you headed downstairs for breakfast it smelled amazing molly was one hell of a cook.

"Good morning darling" you hear George and Fred say in unison you playfully punch their arms

"Morning Weasleys" you chuckle at their pretend pouty faces

"Oh boys leave the poor girl alone" Mrs. Weasley spoke

You headed to the kitchen table to sit down as Mrs. Weasley brought you a plate of blueberry pancakes with sausages and eggs.

"This looks amazing molly," you said as you slightly drool over the delicious food.

"You're too kind dear" she smiled at you

Ron came and sat down right next to you making you a little nervous as you start eating you felt a thumb near your face you look to see Ron's hand coming closer.

"Sorry you got a little something" he wiped a little bit of food from the corner of your mouth. your eyes met with his and you blushed bright red you noticed he was also blushing. You clear your throat

"T-thanks Ron," you say looking at your plate

"N-no problem" he looked away rubbing his neck

Harry and the twins share a smirk and a knowing look "hey Ron can I see you for a sec" Harry said

"Yea coming" Ron went off with Harry and the twins you finished your breakfast and walked outside sitting underneath a tree staring at the clouds making up shapes

"Hey Y/n" you heard Ginny's voice.

"Hey, Ginny what can I do for you," you asked.

"I and Hermione have a surprise for you" before you could protest your eyes were covered and you were taken to Hermione and Ginny's room.

"What are you guys doing" as your eyes were uncovered you see a beautiful (your favorite color) dress and Hermione and Ginny smiling at you

"What is going on?" You ask

"It's a surprise," they both said

You started to get ready putting on the beautiful dress that hugged all your curves and you looked gorgeous Hermione was doing your hair she put it in (the hairstyle you like) and you finally looked in the mirror.

"Wow," Ginny said

"You look stunning" Hermione added.

"So are you guys gonna tell me what's going on?" You asked.

"Nope," Ginny said

They covered your eyes again and walked you outside you felt the cool evening air on your skin. Your eyes are uncovered to reveal Ron in a dress suit he looks handsome a blush crept on your cheek as you looked around you noticed fairy lights hung in the trees and a picnic blanket with all your favorite foods on it

"Bloody hell" you heard Ron say under his breath

"What's all this Ron?" You asked smiling

"W-well I uh" he stuttered which made him even more adorable you walk over and take his hand you feel him freeze in place he relaxed you looked into his beautiful blue eyes he gazed into your e/c eyes you were still holding his hand and he squeezed it gently as you guys sat down.

You looked up at the stars as the cool breeze blew through your hair Ron looked over at you.

"These stars are gorgeous," you said

"Yes you are" Ron blurted out

You quickly turned to look at him he was staring at you he was about to say something but you quickly pulled him and kissed him with passion and sweetness. He wrapped his arm around your plump waist
As he deepened the kiss.

You slowly pulled away and rested your forehead on his

"I've wanted to do that for so long," you said

"Me too y/n I've liked you for so long" he admitted

"Ron, did you wanna be mine?" You blushed

"Yes y/n I thought you'd never ask" you laid your head on his chest and felt so safe and warm it was the perfect date
