Caves collapse just like Bridges

The cave system was huge but I knew where Pie would be.

I had gotten distracted by Jake's gift and another gift upstairs finding its way to manifest again, I recognized it immediately as Dan's.
Pie hadn't knocked me out but she thought she did, as Jake's Gift manifested in dark ways finding mine I swatted him off, I was fine I just needed the minute.
He argued with Pie and had instigated her into lunging at him but as I was about to attack her a Gun shot rang out sending Pie's sweet rot stink soar back as Dan's evil laugh filled the cave room that was once a room we told stories in on huge pillows long into the night.
"No Touchy my Kig or My Jake." Dan's laugh even though evil as all hell warmed me.

Jake pulled me on his lap as I felt Pie rallying an attack as she sat hurt on the cave floor bringing her Flute to her lips. My eyes flashed open as my gift attacked her shattering the flute as she blew the first note.
Her face grew ugly as she shrieked, I sat up ready to jump on her. Oies shriek just wouldn't end and began making the cave walls shake as it grew with intensity.

Dan and Jake dragged me out of the cave as parts of the ceiling began falling "Time to go Boo!" Dan laughed

Jake stopped walking turning to see Pie still shrieking. He turned grabbing me and planting a deep sloppy kiss on me, Pie wailed louder as I turned and kiss Dan after Jake then ran down the cave hall with both of them.
Everything shook worse the closer we got to the stairwells being blocked from them by the shaft collapsing.

"While I enjoyed that Jake I think it could've a waited." I laughed turning and leading them towards the exit to the forest.

"Sorry." Jake sighed

"What'd I tell you about that sorry Shit." Dan chuckled squeezing me to him

I brushed my hand against the wall being hit with a horrible vision, I screamed shoving Jake and Dan in front of me "Run!"
They ran while I continuously kept scanning the ceiling waiting knowing if I stayed too close to them I'd be killed but if I went first I'd lose them.
I reached out for my Twin connecting easily with him.

"Eli did you see that?" I thought at him

Elis tone was calm in my head "It's okay Kig just get out of there."

"Elijah!" I screamed as Jake and Dan ran out of the barely open Cave mouth before it collapsed trapping me inside.

"Kiga!" Jake hollered

"Cricket!" Grant and Franklin shouted

"BOO?!" Dan's voice came panicked as the caves begans shaking again

"Dan! Jake!" I shouted back "Go! I'm fine! Get Balor and Run!"

I let my gift fed Bear grabbing a hold of him then Malone both forcing them to hear my words "Run! We're out!"
I felt the tears on my face knowing this was the only way I could save my family, was to make sure Pie stayed trapped in the caves.
When I heard Bear fill my head saying "We're out!"

I put my hands on the ground feeling the Wanderers Gifts reaching for me, my gift gently brushing theirs sticking close to me not wanting them to see me giving up.

"Is that what you're doing? Giving up?" A cruel voice of my own making snarled at me as the wicked shadow  climbed the walls in its ancestors of despair.
