⋆·˚ ༘ * when she's with frank, one of karen's favorite things to do is run her hand through his hair. it's comforting to her, and he seems to love it, so it's a win-win situation.
⋆·˚ ༘ * frank always makes sure to replace the flowers he gave karen to put on her windowsill once the old ones die. once they start looking bad, karen knows she can expect a visit from frank soon.
⋆·˚ ༘ * the two of them love having dinner dates together. these dates normally consist of them getting takeout and bringing it back to karen's apartment, but there's rare occasions where they'll actually go out to eat.
⋆·˚ ༘ * frank knows that karen can take care of herself, but he can't help but be overprotective of her. in turn, while karen normally hates for people to be that protective of her (because she thinks she can handle things just fine), she never protests to frank's overprotectiveness, knowing it comes from his worry of losing her.
⋆·˚ ༘ * frank adores hearing karen talk about literally anything. he could listen to her talk for hours on end. he will ask her about new books she read or new movies she's seen recently just to listen to her talk about them, even if he has no interest in the book or the movie itself.
⋆·˚ ༘ * frank loves to call karen 'kare' and while she normally hates nicknames, she can't help but smile anytime he calls her that.
⋆·˚ ༘ * the two will sometimes take frank's van somewhere secluded so they can enjoy some peace and quiet while watching the sun rise or set. being able to get away from the chaos of the city is necessary for the two of them sometimes, and who better to do that with than each other?
