Donnie sighed he had been up all fucking night with Mikey stuck to his side, Casey had said he could go back to the living room but Donnie said it was fine if he stayed so he did.

Donnie didn't usually let the others in his room or lab by any circumstances because well raph would break something on accident or Leo just wanted to for fucks sake touch literally anything and everything

So they weren't allowed in his spaces but Mikey and after Casey came apart of the family were the only exceptions along with April of course

So Donnie got use to them being in there either keeping him company or helping with a project of his

Vi either Mikey using his artistic mojo to create designs or Casey just handing Donnie tools when he need them to just giving him a hand(pun definitely intendedಠ⁠◡⁠ಠ)

And That's what was happening right now currently Casey was sitting by Donnie's side helping him

They were working on the turtle tank cause the engine was acting weird after they had yet another failed mission

"There it should be good now." Donnie said gazing over his and Casey's work

"That took shorter than I was expecting." Casey smiled

"Ah why yes it did, it only took 45 minutes to fix the engine!" Donnie hummed looking at his gauntlet seeing it was only 11:25 am

"What do we do now?" Casey asked putting the toolbox away

"Relax for now you can go see what Mikey or the other two are doing." Donnie replied going towards his room

"Okay see ya master Donatello!" Casey exclaimed waving over his shoulder running off

"I'm never going to get use to that omg..."Donnie murmured under his breath

It was quite weird being referred to "master Donatello" from Casey but Donnie never vocalized that.

Donnie didn't let Casey come into his lad or room at first nor touch his projects

until he had asked one day to barrow some tools and he just disappeared for a few hours worrying the hell out of the  others

But he had came running to him after those few hours saying he wanted to show him something

And low and behold there was shelldon all fixed up completely, all the parts just like the blue print of shelldon

From then on Casey had became one of his favorite people lumping him in with being one of the few people he'd drop whatever he was doing to pay attention to them.
(That few being just Mikey lol)

"Shelldon do we have anything out of the ordinary on the security cameras?"
Donnie spoke going over to his desk

"There is! A supposedly new villain is on the rise but they've done nothing but deal with gangs is all." Shelldon said hovering next to him

"Did you get there name?" Donnie quizzed looking at the footage his son pulled up

"Yeah apparently it's Jusko." Shelldon hummed switching the screen to show a closer clearer picture of this supposed villain.

They wore all black and red, they had on a deep maroon button up shirt with black Japanese styled pants on with dark red and gold knee high slightly heeled boots, they had this necklace that had talismans attached to them too

They had short ash white hair that was only tied up on the upper half of their hair, a bow and arrow quiver strapped to their belt and had a high quality bow that looked expensive very expensive.

But the thing that got Donnie annoyed was that their face was covered by a black mask which he wasn't surprised by that their face was hidden at all

It was just a regular  mask that was pur black and looked like it had no eye holes.

"They might become a problem keep tabs on them..." Donnie stated turning his attention to other work he had yet to finish

"Alright dad!"
