I totally accidentally published this before it was even close to done.
I'm on summer break so now as soon as the goal is met I'll update.

I stare at Madison who is seated across from me. She is laughing at something Niall said, her dimples prominent. Her laugh is cute and not as obnoxious as most girls. Her eyes are lit up and cheeks slightly flushed. This is the happiest I've ever seen her.
She looks at me and blushes. She divert her eyes to her plate of food she barley touched. I smirk and take a sip of my glass of wine still observing her. She picks up her fork and takes a small scoop of peas in her mouth. Her face scrunches up in disgust once she tastes them. I stifle a laugh and finally pay attention to the conversation.
"This is really good," Hazel tells Kayla. Niall pecks Hazel's cheek before taking a large gulp of his beer.
"Thank you!" Kayla smiles at her. "Liam helped with a lot of it."
"Liam cooking?" Harry questions with a laugh. Liam is one of the worse cooks we know, so it's pretty surprising. He wouldn't even be able to make a sandwich if his life depended on it.
"Hey! I actually know how to cook now!" Liam defends. "Kayla is a great teacher!"
"She must be magical, if she taught you how to cook," I comment and everyone laughs.
"I'm definitely not magical," Kayla says. "I tried teaching Madison how to cook pasta, since it's one of the easiest things to make, and she almost burned the whole place down!"
"I did not!" Maddi defends. "I only burnt the wall behind the stove."
Everyone laughs at this and I can't help but stare at her again. Her smile still bright and wide. She really is beautiful. Even even she was all bruised up or when there were tears streaming down her face. I, being the cause of both those things. I wish I never hit her or bruised her. She just always disobeyed me and told me no, which I'm not use to.
I'm used to people immediately giving into my commands and doing as I said. Everyone fears me, which is the cause for my respect. It gets old after a while though. Always being this cold hearted, dark person. Having people shake just because they are in your presence.
"Hey, Zayn can I speak to you?" Niall pulls me out of my thoughts.
"Sure," I look at him weirdly and follow him into the hallway.
"What's up with ya?" he asks, looking at me quizzically.
"Nothing," I state as if it's obvious, which it it.
"Please," he half laugh and half scoffs. "First it was the way you greeted Madison and now your staring at her like she is the only person in the room. Do you like her?"
I roll my eyes at his stupid question before answering, "No, I would never like her the way your implying. I just feel bad for the girl."
He looks at me like he doesn't believe me, but nods anyways, "Okay, well good. She is just a piece of the puzzle man and an important piece at that. When the puzzle is complete you'll never have to see her and if she finds out about all this she won't want to see you."
"Why the hell are even telling me all this? I know that we're just using her!" I sigh, annoyed.
"I just wanted to remind you. The plan has went so smooth, from the club to now. I don't want you to get attached or some crap and screw it all up. This is all for the better."
