Felix pov

Felix: Mother, I assure you everything is fine here, and I am comfortable here.

Amelia (Felix mum): Are you sure you are not going cause any trouble anytime soon?

Felix: Yes, Mother, i assure you i will not cause any trouble this week.

Amelia: This week! and what about next week and the week after that?

Felix: Mother surely you can't expect me to go on causing no trouble here. that is like taking oxygen away from me.

Amelia: Felix!

Felix: I am being a sarcastic mother. Here, i would have thought you knew me best for my sarcasm with you.

Amelia: (sigh) Are you enjoying yourself, at least?

Felix thinks back to the times he spends with the group from school, which now he may as well think of as friends. He thinks back to all the times as Chat noir saving Paris with Ladybug, which he knows is Marinette, who has been behind the mask all this time. Marinette is the one person his thoughts wonder of too most of the time.

Amelia: Felix, are you still there?

Felix: Yes, Mother, i am still here. I am simply just getting lost in my thoughts, that's all.

Amelia: Felix, are you sure you are alright?

Felix: I am fine. I guess you were right. I have begun to enjoy my time here. The Springfest shoot is going well.

Amelia: And so, i have seen (she says with a knowing smile). You seem quite (hm) what is the word (arr), yes acquainted with your fellow mystery. Tell me, what's her name? I can swore I've seen her before somewhere before.

Felix: Her name is not to be disclosed to the public yet, mother, so i shall not say her name either.

Amelia: Why are you being such a...

Felix: Gentlemen, because I am respecting her privacy.

Amelia: I understand, but wouldn't it be fair to at least tell your mother her future dather-in-law's name?

Felix: What! No no no you are mistaken. She and I are just partners.

Amelia: Partners?

Felix: Yes, partners, or I guess you could say...

Amelia: Say what, my dear?

Felix: I guess you could say we are friends (face palms) and that you've won the bet.

Amelia chuckled at this. "So you have made friends in Paris, I see, that is good to know."

Felix: You can exaggerate your celebration later, mother. I have to finish getting ready for the Gala tonight.

Amelia: Of course. Goodbye, my little Raven.

Felix: Goodbye, mother.

Just as Felix was about to put the phone down.

Amelia: Felix, wait a minute!

Felix: Yes, Mother?

Amelia: I am happy for you.

Felix: Thank you, mum. (He says would a slight smile.)

Later, before the Gala could start. Felix exits the limo walking towards the Dupiens Bakery. As he insisted on picking up a certain Bluenette himself.

Tom: Marinette, your bodygaurd is here!

Felix: Bodyguard?

Tom: Arr, yes, Marinette says you insisted on picking her up and that you wouldn't relent from your decision on it no matter what she said to argue the point. She said you even gave her a verbal list of reasons that it is not safe for her to go on her own or with anyone else even going as far as offering to write out and print all the reasons on paper to sow her.

Felix: I was merely making my advice well known to her and that I wouldn't budge to her argument on the topic when it was already finalized.

Marinette comes down and hears this.

Marinette: Finalized, I never agreed on finalizing any argument on the topic, so how can it be finalized?

Marinette: Finalized, I never agreed on finalizing any argument on the topic, so how can it be finalized?

Felix: Well, I am here now, aren't I? So that finish the topic off.

Marinette: I can still call Penny to pick me up and take me to the Gala, or I could walk there myself.

Felix: You will do no such thing of walking there yourself it is too far, too dangerous, and you could get hurt.

Marinette. Hurt! Dangerous! Please, I can look after myself. If anyone even tries to attack me, I can just as easily fight back. I have taken a few combat classes myself. I even participated in a bit of fencing with your very own cousin, Adrein.

Felix: No doubt you can defend yourself, but I am more worried about you hurting yourself as it is a very common occurrence for you to be ungainly.

Marinette: ungainly?

Felix: Your movement. It's ungainly.

Sabine: You mean her reoccurring clumsy side? (Both her parents sniffling their laughter at the scene before them as it unrolls)

Felix: Yes, in straightforward matters, her clumsiness. As she may trip in air a lot on the way to the Gala.

Marinette: Felix! How can you say that so casually, I mean (Felix, listened to her, of course, but he also took her hand and walked her out the bakery but as Marinette noticed this she did blush of course and tried yo conceal her stuttering within her argument what she didn't of course was Felix had continued the argument too from the very beginning because he was hiding his reddening face every since she walked down the stairs in that dress of hers that she is wearing to the Gala. The designers really did go all out on their outfits this time, but even with the outfit, Felix would still be falling for her.)

Felix turns to reassure the Dupiens, "I will bring her back safely after the Gala is over, I promise,"

Even as they leave, their bickering doesn't stop leaving the Dupien Cheng laughing at the scene.

Tom: You think they realized their feelings for each other yet?

Sabine: With the blushes on their faces, it is not hard to tell.

Tom laughs at this with his wife, and they got go upstairs to watch their daughter arrive to walk on the red carpet and cheer her own as well as cheer the certain blond mystery besides her as he helps insure she in a safe pace and no air trios the certain Bluenette. Even going as far as making sure he followed every step in sync with her.
