Anu's POV

It was our normal day, Adi went to his office along with dad. Ma'am and dadi went to buaji's house to meet them. While i was alone at the home working.

It was afternoon and i just ate my lunch. I was scrolling through my Instagram when i received a message from an unknown number.

Fear immediately engulfed me as i saw the unknown number.

Is it Rohan??

I opened the message and it said

Hi Anamika. I hope you are doing well. Can we please meet, there's something very important that you should know.

And it's me
Abhimaan

I relived breath escaped my lips as i read the name. It was Abhimaan but what is it that i should know.

Can it be done on a phone call?

What is it now, I'm really intrigued....

I waited for his message and soon it came. It was a cafe which was not far from our home. Since it was already 5 and he told me to meet at 6 so i got ready and left the home. I know i left the home early but i was getting bored so why not take a stroll in the park.

Time passed like that and i was sitting in the cafe waiting for Abhimaan to come. I saw him entering the cafe and he came and sat on the chair opposite to me.

"Hi", he said

"Hi", i said and give him a small smile

"I know that you don't want to see my face but this is really important and i want you to see it in person", he started

"Okay but what is it", i asked

"You remember that day when i was drunk and kissed you", he asked, his eyes were filled with guilt

"Yeah", i answered

"Well, in that parking lot, there was someone else too except us", he said

"But it's a parking lot, of course other people will also be there", i stated

"Yes, they will be but they will not record us, right", he said

"What are you trying to say", i asked confused and slightly concerned

"You see that night, when that happened there was someone who recorded us. That guy recorded us and sent that video to your husband who came to beat me like shit", he elaborated

"He recorded the video and sent it to Adi but why would he do that", i asked completely ignoring the last part

"He will, if Rohan paid him to do that", he stated and my eyes widened

"How", i asked

How come he knew about the whole Rohan incident

"I'm sorry but i forced bhai to tell me what happened because i was really concerned about you after i saw you in that condition and trust me i don't want to see you like that ever again", he said referring to the time when came to visit when i was in depression

"It's okay but what should we do now", i asked

"Well after your husband came and warned me, i was confused as to who send that video to him. So with some help, i got the cctv footage of that area and in the footage we can clearly saw the face of the guy who recorded us while he was hiding behind the bushes", he said and showed me the footage

"Can you show me his face, I'm not able to see it", i asked as the guy's face was blur in that video and i think that i have seen him somewhere

"Here, I've taken a screenshot of it", he said and showed me the screenshot and my eyes widened

"It's the same guy", i told him

"What", he asked

"I mean, he's the same guy who was stalking us 3 days ago when Adi and i went to the mall for shopping", i told him

"What the fuck, he's sending guys to stalk you now", he said shocked and tears pooled in my eyes

"Hey, don't cry. We will do something, please don't cry Anu", he said and lightly caressed my hand which was on the table

"But what", i asked frustrated

"I just i don't know what is happening with my life right now. I thought after my marriage i will be happy but no", i said and wiped my tears

"Anu, please don't cry. I'm sure Adith has planned something to catch that bastard. Don't worry okay. And if you need any help don't hesitate to call me, i will be there for you as your friend just like before", he said and i nodded my head

"Thank you and I'm sorry for my husband", i said sincerely because of what my husband did to him

"Hey, it's okay. It's totally fine. I know you are more than happy with him and he too loves you like crazy so it's fine. But i may or may not have sprouted some lies to him", he said smiling sheepishly

"What lies", i asked

"Ahem, i told him that i love you, i will take you away from him and all that shit just to rile him up more", he chuckled

"Haww, why did you do that", i asked shocked. So that's why my husband was so angry that night

"I love to see him getting angry", he said

"Then he did good to you", i said and laughed

"Excuse me miss, you don't know okay. My black eye and broken nose took 2 weeks to heal", he expressed and i laughed more

"You should laugh more, you look like a joker while crying. See your nose is all red", he said pointing to my nose which was all red

"Shut up", i hit him on his arm and at the same time someone interrupted us

"Hii Anu", Rudra bhai said with a small wave and beside him was my dearest husband who was now glaring at my hand which was on Abhimaan's arm.

Well shit!!

I'm in trouble now!!!
