Hey Guys, Crescent Rider here and I am back with another chapter. But before I begin, there are some things that I would like to address at this moment.

The first thing on the list is the possibility of me, making another Overlord Fanfic. Except for this time, Ainz and Nazarick will not be involved. Instead, I will use three Player OCs, the Guild Base mentioned in the Omake Series 1, Several Different NPCs OC, and many more.

Of course, I will keep using Heroic Spirits in that story as well.

Second, I read a review about an assumption that regards my story as a Crossover Fanfic Story instead of an Original Fanfic Story of Overlord. It's not because I don't want to add it among the other 'What if Ainz came to the New World with someone else' Stories. It's because I think of my character 'Hope/Nadia' as a bridge to two separate franchises.

Of course, I could have used the Canon Characters of the Fate Series such as Shirou Emiya, Hakuno Kishinami, or even Ritsuka Fujimaru. But I decided against it and went for an OC Character as a way to gain some level of experience.

As I said in the past, I will try to gain experience to become a better writer and make an Original Story that people might enjoy reading.

And lastly, I might consider revising the older chapters if anyone has seen a problem I need to revise. Let me know, and I will do my best to improve them.

That is all I have to say and enjoy the chapter!

Far from the Battle

Hope stayed hidden for the time being, but she would watch the battle through the eyes of Huginn and Muninn. As expected, Shalltear targeted Ainz after he unleashed his Super Tier Magic, [Fallen Down], to devastate the land and cause as much damage as possible.

What followed was a particular conversation between Ainz and Shalltear. Though Hope had her suspicions about what that conversation was about.

Before long, the battle starts when Shalltear charges forth and triggers [Explode Mine], though she manages to evade the trap before it does any damage. What comes next is Ainz conjuring [Gravity Maelstrom] and hurling it toward her.

Shalltear backs away and uses her [Wall of Stone] spell to block the attack.

Ainz then attempts to trap Shalltear by using [Hold of Rib], which causes several bones to emerge from the ground and close her in. But Shalltear manages to escape and hovers in the sky.

"So far so good," Hope remarked, then pulled out a book from her [Item Box],

She proceeds to open the book and it was scribbled with several offensive spells that Hope collected throughout her active years in Yggdrasil. She may not be as experienced as a Veteran Player, but her adaptability to fit herself in specific battles is what made her unique compared to average players.

Whenever she finds a suitable spell to take, she runs her right index to the right, and her desired spell disappears from the page. When she runs her finger back, it is replaced with another spell.

Under normal circumstances of the game, players who take their desired classes unlock certain spells and skills based on their desired class while those outside of said class are locked until the player decides to change.

But Hope became an exception after she achieved the [Supreme Magus] Class. An exclusive class that increases the player's spell limit from 200 to 300 and all spells are interchangeable as long as she possesses the book that carries said spells or skill. Even Super Tier Magic Spells aren't an exception to this rule.
