Third Person POV:
Asher had been in a tagic car accident. The scene was atrocious. There was blood and glass all over the ground. How did it get like this?
From the hip down, Asher was paralyzed. The door was flipped, so it was penetrating her stomach right above the hip. There were loud ambulance and police sounds all over the scene. It was still substantially dark.
A policewoman and a fireman approached Asher.
"Miss, are you okay?" the policewoman asked with a thick southern accent. Of course, Asher couldn't answer.
"Take her pulse," the woman told the fireman.
So he did.
"SHE'S STILL ALIVE!" the fireman excitedly yelled.
"Wait, what? How? Let me check for myself.
So she did.
"Unbelievable. How unexpected."
Yes, how unexpected indeed.
She was put in a bed and taken into the ambulance. A bunch of cables were plugged into her to make sure she was alive.
"You're going to be ok. Don't worry. It's all going to be fine," the fireman said in a soothing voice. He wasn't sure about that though. Anything could happen.
She was rushed inside the hospital. The fireman right after her.
"It's ok, don't worry babe. It's all good," he said again.
The operation room was the next stop.
