SYNOPSIS:
𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐔𝐏𝐎𝐍 𝐀 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄...
Neverland was home to a plethora of sirens. They swam in the waters and protected the magical island from intruders. Their only ally was the Shadow, who protected Neverland from up above. This went on for many, many years and the sirens believed they would protect the island for all of eternity. That was until the Shadow broke the one rule he and the sirens agreed upon.
He let someone stay on Neverland.
After a lot of convincing from the Shadow, the sirens agreed to let Peter Pan stay on the island. Their only request was that he be the only human who walked the forests of their beloved island. Once the agreement was made, the sirens went back to protecting Neverland's waters, completely unaware of what was happening on the land above. A few years passed when the creatures of the sea learned of Peter Pan building his army of Lost Boys.
Soon the war began.
An eternity passed before the battle between the sirens and the Lost Boys came to an end. Despite Peter Pan losing many of his followers, he came out victorious in vanquishing the creatures that swam in the waters that surrounded Neverland. He was finally free to do as he pleased on his island home.
Fifty years later, Peter Pan discovered something on Neverland that even he couldn't explain. A young siren trapped in a long-forgotten tide pool with no memory of what happened to her kind.
