Why is it hard to write down happiness?
If one's heartbroken
Its easy to put on paper and pen.
But when one is full of sunshine inside
When we glow within
We're careful of the ink we spill...
I guess its easier to be quiet when there is sorrow.
To stay in one place.
To feel your mind expand and displace.
And when you're ecstatic your first priority
Is to be out there experiencing
Rather than to sit down scribbling.
