Always There When Needed

My alarm went off around 7:30 AM signally that I needed to get up now
or I would be late for 10 o'clock shift at the pizzeria. Kicking off
the cover with no enthusiasm what so ever I trudged into the bathroom
to pee and shower, finally coming out about 30 minutes later, wearing
the basic uniform; black skinny jeans with the t-shirt they issued me
when I had first started working there I put my hair in a basic bun
and threw on a little eyeliner so I didn't look totally dead. Making
my way to the door I quickly grabbed a banana from my counter heading
out so I could make sure I caught the bus on time. When the bus
finally came around, I showed the bus driver my student pass, and
found a spot in the back to relax before hell started.

Looking at my phone I realized Sebastian still had not texted me back.
He was probably still sleep; I mean I doubt he had a set work schedule
with him being a CEO and all. Before I could let my mind wander
anywhere dark, I put my phone away, took out a book, and decided to
read until my bus stops turn.

"Pico Del Rico, where are you?" I called out searching for Rico is the
little area my job called a kitchen.

"I'm in the stock room little one" I heard him call back walking
toward the stock room I found Rico counting the stock.

"Hola, how are you Rico?" I asked sitting on a bag of flour.
"I'm good how are you?" He said finally looking up at me with a big
smile on his face.

"I'm really good, sad to be back here but good none the less." I said
helping him carry a thing of tomatoes back to the kitchen.

"So how party planning come along?"

"Don't get me started. Tricia is going crazy trying to plan the whole
thing. I tried telling her that RJ was only turning five and she
almost bit my head off my shoudlers. Anyways she wouldn't want me to
tell you this until the invite but the party is August 2nd at Black
Rock park, tell Nevaeh, Tyler and Sia that they are all invited also
to expect a formal invitation soon." Rico told her while embracing her
in a hug.

"Will do, do you know what RJ wants for his birthday?" I asked hugging him back.

"He loves legos and colouring sets," He told me finially releasing me
from his embrance.

"Got it, well I better go clock in and get my table assignment from Bill."

The closer I got to Bill's office the more the smell of sweat, dirt
and the cheap cigars wafted in the air, I knocked on the door deciding
it was best since I had no idea what was going in.
Hearing a bunch of racket coming from the room, I knew I had made a
good decision, finally the door and guess who answered with smeared
makeup and a backward skirt. No other than Hocole, I mean Nicole.

"Bill will see you now," She told me with a disgusting smirk on her
face bumping into me as she left.

"So gross. Now I have to get that arm amputated," I mumbled under my breath.

"What was that?" She stopped in her tracked to ask

"I said you have lipstick on your teeth, you may want to get that
sorted before you go handle the customers" I told her before taking a
big gulp of semi fresh air before I faced that std infested office.

"Whatever, by the way I'm your boss now." She said with a full on
smile at this point as she walked away. What did that mean?

"ANASTASIA GET IN THIS OFFICE NOW" Bill yelled from the inside of his office.

I quickly walked into his office and I swear I walked in to a teenage
boy locker room.

"Yes sir?" I said looking at the over weight man in front of me.
