"Why you look sad?" My uncle said as i mugged him confusingly .

"I'm not sad - what?" I asked, i was writing down my plans for saturday so i wouldn't forget .

"Boogie get out that girl face" My granny said mushing his head.

"Yall all in my business" I spoke up as my grandpa walked in smoking a cig.

"How you work this iphone 12 booger" He said making Juice laugh at the nickname he gave Boogie .

I had two oldest Uncles and a Auntie but she didn't stay down here in Chicago .

My Mama died when i was 2 and my daddy on a business trip he drives trucks .

And i have a younger brother thats 15 his name King i always wanted a baby sister or a sister to hang with because i dont have friends like that .

"Its hard out here for a pimp when he tryna get this money for the rent" King said coming down the stairs singing

"Push that shit out" Juice said slapping his neck as it echoed.

"Damn King Juice almost nocked the fatness off yo neck" My grandpa said making Boogie laugh before walking upstairs.

"Tiktok would cancel you" Juice said looking at our grandpa .

"Boy do it look like i give a flying fuck about them sensitive ass people ? they better kiss my ass with some strawberries" He said making me look up.

"Papa you would like some shit like that" i said making King nod eating his chips. 

"So who taking me to football practice?" He said licking his fingers

"Not i" We all said in sync

"When i be out here moving that dope dont say NAHN!" He said making me laugh as my granny threw a towl at him

"Stop playin Keyonti" She spoke calling him by his first name .

"Leave that chile alone" My papa said making her cut her eyes at him instantly.
