I needed to get rid of her.
I needed to. She was always around him now, always, and it was starting to get annoying. She has now become a plague on my existence, having taken away the source of my motivation, my rival, our rivalry. I have given them enough time to stop messing around, to get their priorities straight, but it hasn't happened yet. I need to fix this. I need to change it. If I need to force her out of his life, then so be it, but she needs to be gone.
I could threaten her, but then she'd run to him and I'd be the bad guy. I need to get rid of her, and ensure that he won't be able to connect it back to me. I need him to still want to compete with me. If that does not happen, then it will have all been for nothing.
I got it. I know how to get rid of her. For good.
