Back to the trio, Matt, Ruby, and Dr. Oobleck continued making mashed paladins while more continuously jumping down and preventing them from moving forward.

Matt was busying slicing and dicing several paladins.

Oobleck runs upwards on a paladin and shot the engine and landed back down and aimed at the feet.

Ruby followed suit by shifting Crescent Rose into sniper form and the student and teacher fired simultaneously at the ground, causing a large explosion, and knocking the paladin off the train while Matt lowers the ones that are thrown off with "Ruler's Authority".

Oobleck: Ruby! Matt! You two go on ahead!

Ruby: But-

Oobleck: Don't worry Ruby. It's time... I teach them a lesson...

The Doctor goes to take on two oncoming Paladins. Before she leaves, Ruby notices the saddened Zwei looking up at her. She smiles and motions for him to go join his new friend.

Ruby: Go.

With that, Zwei expression changes dramatically and barks happily before running off to fight alongside the Doctor.

Matt: Can you please try not to hurt them?! The White Fang members specifically?

Oobleck: I'll do what I can!
