Chapter 8

Hey Guys! Crescent Rider here, and I am back with another chapter!

And as promised, the end of this chapter contains Hope's Assigned Classes. I might even explain her play style as well.

There are also a few details about Hope's bodily appearance as well...

Also, I've decided those certain Familiars of mythology will be included in the story as well. One of them will be shown here as well.

Nazarick

After Hope received Ainz's approval of her request, she steps outside of Nazarick for the very first time via [Gate] and takes a deep breath of the outside world.

Once she exhales, she couldn't help but smile as the air was clean in comparison to the Old World she once lived in.

Lupusregina remained by her side and was solely devoted to her duty to watch her as they plan their departure to Carne Village.

However, it was still night as the stars shined above their heads and Hope wanted to go a little higher by equipping her [Flight Necklace] and hovering right off the ground.

Lupusregina follows suit by casting [Fly] onto herself and joining Hope's side in the air. Once they were hovering in the air, Hope was entranced by how many stars were glimmering in the clear skies.

"Beautiful, Aren't they?" Hope inquired,

"They sure are," Lupusregina commented, "Ainz said so himself not too long ago,"

"Did he now? To be honest, I too feel the same," Hope said, "If Blue Planet-san were here, he would be staring at this sight to end even after the sun rises from the sky,"

"Do you really think so?" Lupusregina inquired,

"I'm certain of it," Hope said, "It's why he designed the starry night sky of the 6th Floor after all,"

Hope then pulls out what appears to be a pocket watch from her inventory box, and pops it open. Apparently, the time display on the watch was somehow still set in the Old World's timezone.

Something that she didn't expect even after their sudden transportation to this New World.

'I should adjust the time of this watch soon, But...' Hope thought about the memories she had with this pocket watch on hand,

For this was made to keep track of her daily medications...

Sometime later, Hope decided not to change the time and stored the pocket watch back in her inventory box.

Then a thought came into mind...

"Lupus-san," Hope called out,

"Yes, Hope-san?" Lupusregina inquired!

"I've decided," Hope declared, then she turns to her, "We'll depart after I've seen a sunrise,"

"Sunrise?" Lupusregina repeated,

"Yes, I've always wanted to see what a sunrise looks like," Hope said, then looks towards the moon,

Judging from the direction, she picks a specific location on Nazarick's walls and hovers her way there while Lupusregina follows suit.

Once they've arrived, Hope lands on her feet and takes a few steps forward. Then she stretches her hand forward, "[Create Item]"

What was made was two recliner chairs and Hope sat down on one of them. As Lupusregina stands beside her, Hope took notice and stares at her, "Aren't you going to take a seat, Lupus-san?"
