Chapter 61: Guild Building

Time slowly passed. Ars, who previously only predicted that Rin would arrive quickly, had to wait for some time to the point that he had to buy drinks in the system shop to wait for Rin's arrival. Finally after waiting for some time, Rin came with a completely different appearance from before.

"Sorry to keep you waiting, Ars"

Ars looked at Rin and asked dryly, "Shouldn't you just put down the book you brought before? Why did you change your appearance?"

"Hmph! It is natural for a woman to want to come out looking her best. My previous appearance wasn't very suitable for going out." Rin said in a tsundere tone.

"Who will see you, Rin?" Ars asked calmly, "After all, it's getting late. There are no more construction workers who are still working. Only you and I will go there" Ars paused for a moment and continued, "Say, did you make up because of me?"

"What? Because of you? No kidding! Why should I make up for you? Impossible. That's not possible. I make up because I want to always look my best no less nothing more" Rin said in denial even though her face was red, "What's wrong Ars? Don't you like my current appearance? Then forget about—"

Without waiting for long, Ars immediately grabbed Rin's hand and said, "Forget it. Let's go now. A lot of time was wasted and it was getting late. Arguing will only waste our time."

Ars immediately pulled Rin and walked down. Rin's gaze stared at her hand which was currently held by Ars. Rin doesn't know how to describe how she feels right now because suddenly Ars's hand immediately grabbed her.

However, by the time the two of them arrived on the first floor. Ars immediately let go of the hand and started walking leisurely.

"What's the matter, Ares? Why did you take your hand off mine?" Rin asked in a dissatisfied tone.

"Do you want me to always touch you?" asked Ars casually.

"W-Touching?!" Rin asked haltingly, "You pervert! How could you say such a thing?!"

"Lower your voice, Rin" Ars sighed, "Don't you know the concept of time? It was nighttime and rest time for everyone. If you keep screaming like this. Everyone will wake up and also they will see us out together. That would be quite troublesome."

"Troublesome enough? Do you think that going out with me is quite troublesome?" Rin asked again with a gloomy face, "Maybe you're the only one who said something like this to a pretty girl you went out with"

"Can you not blame me every time Rin?" Ars asked again, "Do you think someone like me is always wrong?"

"Hmph! Of course. Every man is the same" Rin said with a dissatisfied sniff.

"Just the same? This sentence of yours can backfire on you, Rin. If you say so. That means your future husband has the same attitude and personality as me. Or, do you want me to be your future husband?"

"S-husband? Stop kidding! Who would want to make you my husband!" Rin said in a tsundere tone then her face suddenly changed, "If a man wants to be my husband, he must have things that meet the conditions. He must be handsome, brave, hardworking, and must always be by my side."

"Hmmm~ Handsome, brave, hardworking and should always be by your side. Isn't that me?" Ars asked with a small smile.

"You? You are too far from my husband's standards, Ars." Rin said mockingly "I don't want a narcissistic husband after all"

"Narciss? I? When did I become a narcissist?" Ars asked strangely.

"Right now," said Rin.

"It's just your thoughts" Ars said.
