Along with the Julia Method, the Estelle Method is the one most often recommended for reality shifting while awake.
Estelle method shifting is suitable for people who adore music and can connect with tones and vibrations easily. Imagine dancing with your DR character or someone you deeply adore.
Choose a piece of music that helps you sync with the character or person you are dancing with. The person can be your crush, love, friend, or anyone you wish. Make sure to feel every sensation in the scene. The air, smell and the touch.
Once the dance is over, your pal says to you - "it's time to go home", & opens the door for you. As you move through the door, you will freefall into an absolute void. You keep affirming that you are in your dream realm. As you feel the sensations, slowly open your subconscious eye.
4. Animal Shifting Method
In this fun method, you let an animal friend guide you to your desired reality. It begins with getting into a comfortable position, closing your eyes, and meditating.
Count slowly from 0 to 100. Then, picture yourself in an outdoor environment of your choice. It could be a field, a forest, or so on. Visualize it as clearly as possible in every detail.
Now, picture an animal running, scurrying or flying across the landscape. Any animal is fine! Choose your spirit animal or go with your first instinct, or just pick an animal you like.
Next, chase it! Eventually, the animal will cross through a portal. You need only follow it. After you do, you will arrive in your DR, and you can open your eyes.
5. Alice in Wonderland Method
Alice in Wonderland shifting method is adopted from the famous novel by Lewis Carroll of a girl named Alice and her adventures in a magical wonderland. In this technique, one manifests their reality by playing the role of this lead character and following suit.
Lie down comfortably on your back and imagine yourself sitting beneath a tree. A person from your DR self will approach you and as you get up to talk to them, visualize them running away and jumping down a rabbit hole. You follow them and decide to jump in as and when you feel ready to.
While you're falling down this rabbit hole, you let go of all the memories of your current reality and finally land in a small room with a door. In the same room, there will be a table with a key to this door, and the person you were chasing will ask you if you're ready to unlock the door with it.
If you are, you can go ahead, and if you are not, you can say positive affirmations to help you move forward. Once you've unlocked the door and entered, you have already become your desired reality.
In the original version of this method, you would finish up by lying down on a bed in your DR in the same position you are lying in while you do the method.
It is still fine to complete the method this way. Just note that you are not trying to fall asleep when you lie down in your DR bed. Instead, just open your eyes and be in your DR.
6. Worm's Shifting Method
Worm's Shifting Method is a good one to try if you feel nervous about trying to shift and could use some validation.
Get into a position you find comfortable for this method, and then squeeze your right hand into a fist. Then relax it. Repeat this three times, and then do it with your left hand. Do this same thing with your toes, then your arms, then your legs, then your torso, then your neck and face. By the time you are done, you should be super relaxed.
Count slowly to 100. Along the way, pause to say an affirmation now and again.
Now, imagine a person in your DR who is special to you. Hear them telling you encouraging things, like that they know you can do it, and that you will be together soon in your DR.
