DRINKING WATER ♡

This is something that I definately have a problem with

I will admit, sometimes I dread drinking water

I mean who doesn't love a soft drink here and there?

But seriously soft drink is very bad to be having regularly.

At parties, it's fine. but at home as an alternative to water is very bad.

I know water can seem tasteless and bland but trust me there are things that you should always think about and do to motivate yourself to drink water.

I've used these tips and it's turning out great for me!

So here are my tips:

•whenever you're thirsty, your body craves water, so make it the opportunity to drink as much water as possible

•get a really cute drink bottle (best option is the ones with the pop up straws) because it's something you'll want to drink out of plus you can take it wherever you go

•add lemon to your water- seriously this actually is something that doctors recommend because apparently it's really good for you plus it adds a little flavour.

•water is refreshing.

•have a drink bottle bedside you overnight incase you get thirsty- you'll crave the water sitting there

•drink water after every meal and excercise you do!
