The Mighty Fall (Pt. 1)

Pete's POV

My eyes feel heavy and my body fells like a rock at the bottom of the ocean, I hear scream. And I force my eyes to open, to see Reyna being dragged away by a couple Dandies, they dragged her upstairs to the top of the warehouse. I lift myself up, the world spinning around me, I shake it off as a vampire comes up to me and attacks me I take a sharp piece of wood off the ground and stab it into him, he shrieks and falls to the ground dead.

I make my way up the stairs, stumbling every so often, I finally make it to the roof. And what catches my sight was a vampire biting down on Reyna's neck as she screamed. "Hey let her go!" I shout, the figure stops and lifts his head up to reveal a face I knew to well, "Reverend Charlie?" I gasp.

"Hello Peter," he grins at me showing his long sharp fangs, which glistened deathly white in the moonlight, "how are you?"

"Let her go," I growl again getting into a crouch position, "Reyna has done anything to hurt you, she never would."

"Oh my dear Peter as you wish," he flings Reyna across the roof towards me and hit the ground hard, she groans in pain, "she wasn't much of a fight any way."

I see the holy blade Reyna had when she was taken up, but Charlie catches my eyes remarking, "I know what you want to do Wentz. But your friend tried it ano look what happened to her," he laughed evilly.

I take my chance sprinting towards him grabbing the blade in the process, I get one swing in before I feel a hand clutch my throat. The blade drops with a clatter, and I feel my arm twist the wrong way. I scream in pain.

"Oh Peter, Peter, Peter, you thought you could stop me," Reverend Charlie chuckled, "you and your friends will pay just like your-ARGH"

I am dropped as he clutches his shoulder and looks to see who threw it, and I see Reyna, "That's what you get for taking my blood dick," she says angrily, "and my family and hurting my friends"

"You bitch!" He spat, and before I knew it he snatched her and threw Reyna off the side of the building.

"REYNA!" I screech running over trying to catch her, but I am to late, "you fucking bastard!" I turn around trying to land a punch on him but he disappears. I run down the stairs ignoring the now fading pain in my arm.

When I get down there I see Patrick cradling the now bloody figure, that I suspect is Reyna, sobbing, "Oh Rey I'm so sorry I have failed you and your dad. I promised to protect you, and yet I didn't."

I am about to go over and comfort him, but I see movement out of the corner of my eye, and I stop. I yell to the figure, "Show yourself or I will attack."

"You will attack me anyway," said the figure stepping out of the shadows to reveal the face of Brendon.

"What are you doing here?" I snarl at him.

"Calm down Petey," he jabs at me before turning somber and angry, "my master killed her. He promised not to," he sniffles as a tear fell down his cheek, "I want revenge for what he's done to her."

"Hey guys what's up?" Joe calls but then says, "oh no what happened? And what is he doing here?" shoving a finger at Brendon.

"Reyna fell of the side of the warehouse. And Brendon wants to join us," I summarize sourly and ask, "hey where's Mikey? I thought he was with you guys."

At that moment Andy joins us saying, "Mikey was captured by that vampire Gerard."

"Pff Gerard. He'll do anything for power even if it means killing Mikey," Brendon remarks.

"But why Mikey?" I ask.

"Because Mikey is Gerard's brother, his best friend, and if he wants to become Master William's right hand man, which is now impossible to avoid since I now left, then he will destroy anyone or anything that stands in his way. And one of those main targets is his brother," Brendon explains.

We are silent except for Patrick who was still sobbing. I walk over to him and pick him up saying, "Okay Pattycakes, lets get up, and we can take her in."

"NO!" He shrieks shoving me off and grabs Reyna again, "I can't leave her. I never have and I never will."

But I pick him up and throw him over my shoulder and carried him into the warehouse screaming, "NO, NO, NO, NO! FUCK YOU PETE WENTZ FUCK YOU!" Brendon knocks him out.

"What did you do that for?" I ask furiously.

"We lost people tonight, and can't lose another," he replies.

We walk in and let Joe, who is gingerly caring Reyna's body, through the door. He sits her down on the floor and walks to his room. We all are silent for the rest of the night.

Wait WHAT? Yes I know you are asking, "Why did you kill Reyna" well you'll see what happens. And Brendon good? Well yes, I decided to do that. But it says part 1 so there could be more for this part of the chapter.
