"What?" Tommy's tone was small and quiet, almost losing his voice in the back of his throat. He almost stopped breathing entirely just because his brain was preoccupied.

Tubbo pulled out a disc, Mellohi, and sure enough, it was the original. It had Tommy's name carved into the paint, along with a small smiley face that Dream put when he stole it.

"It was a prop, Tommy. It was fake." Tubbo smiled, pushing the disc closer to Tommy so he would take it. Tommy carefully grasped the object, taking great care to be gentle with it. "I came down here to listen to it, maybe..one last time."

"I- this is..this is the real-?" Tommy could barely get words out, a smile creeping its way onto his face as he looked from Tubbos hands to his face.

Tubbo just nodded, holding in a laugh at the boy's reaction. He scooted away just a little to give Tommy space.

"Holy- holy shit! So you didn't-?" Tommy was ovef his head with just..joy. It wasn't something he felt often, so this was perfect for him. "I mean..Thank you, Tubbo." He calmed himself down quickly, getting a giggle from the other.

"Put it in, put it in!" Tubbo rushed him to play the disc, reminiscent of when they used to do this. Tommy complied immediately, practice throwing the other disc to the ground as he put in Mellohi.

The familiarity of the music comforted the two, bringing down any tension they had. They were both in a standstill as they heard it.

Tommy sunk back into the bench, a mute sigh escaping as he just..sat there. His best friend next to him, his disc playing softly in the backgrounds, and the sun finally going beyond the horizon of L'manburg. It casted a light over the two, an orange-yellow tint falling onto each of the buildings. It was peace.

They didn't speak until the song was over, repeating again in a loop. They payed respect for it to end before interrupting, collectively deciding it was too important.

"I have an idea." Tommy whispered, half to himself. Tubbo didnt respon, waiting for Tommy to continue. "I just need you to get everyone on board, alright?"

"I mean, okay, but with what? What are you planning to do?" Tubbo got a bit concerned, but there was no rude tone behind his words. He was genuinely just curious, and maybe a little scared with Tommy's so called "plan". He had some..bad experiences whenever Tommy had a plan, and the trust was low, but he kept listening despite that.

"You know how I gave my discs in for L'manburg in the war?" Tommy started, waiting until he got a some "yeah?" from Tubbo. Even after, all there was was the silence between them and the melody continuing in the back.

"Wait, you don't mean-" Tubbo had figured out exactly what Tommy meant, and holy shit he thought the boy was delusional. "No, no, that's not a good idea. If Dream does get the real disc, he'll just come back and blow it up anyways."

"Listen, I'll make him sign something so we could use it like..legally- whatever, just trust me, Tubbo. This will work. I'm proving myself to you guys." Tommy spoke hurriedly, his adrenaline kicking up.

"What about Techno? He's only working with Dream to blow up L'manburg. He wouldn't stop just because Dream did." Tubbo tried to stop him, coming up with complete reasonable excuses. He wouldn't admit it, but that disc did mean a little to him too. No matter the harsh words he spoke before, it was close in his heart from how sentimental it was, esspecially now.

"That's where I need your help."

"What do you mean, Tommy?" Tubbo's voice had dropped, more..skeptical sounding. He would like to say he had full trust in Tommy, but that was a lie. He infact did not want Tommy to be doing this, for the simple reason that he wasn't all..trustworthy. He had made bad decisions before, and this wouldn't be one to make on his own.
