"Welcome to Surf Spot, everyone!" Everyone cheered, and finally, he noticed I was on a small stage, he raised his eyebrow making me chuckle softly. "I wanted to share something VERY special to my heart. You see...I met this amazing person in Angel Grove," I kept my eyes on him seeing him frown, scrunching up his eyebrows in confusion. My eyes soften with warmth.

"And this person...he was always there for me, even if he wasn't hundred percent by my side. But when he was...I was so happy when he was by my side, but...lately, I wasn't able to see him or have him by my side. All I ever wanted was him by my side," My eyes went glossy from the tears building up seeing his eyes widen by my words. "And the only way he was by my side was the dreams, so...tonight I want to sing a song, from the bottom of my heart and...and I hope he will understand these words..."

I turn my eyes towards the piano man, nodding to start. He started the melody, while I close my eyes breathing out softly opening my mouth to start singing.

I kept my eyes on Virgil, as I sing out my heart. Hoping and praying he'll understand my heart wants him by my side.

I didn't care about his past, and I didn't care he's changed. He's not a killer, I can tell...his eyes held such torment of his past, I wanted him to know I can take all of his pain away if he just gives me a chance. I started singing in Spanish(thank god I did Spanish class in school)

When I finished, I took a shaky breath out stepping away after thanking the crowd as they started whistling and cheering for me. I step down from the small stage, to where my friends stood with solemn looks and guilt hitch in their faces.
