3rd person POV *time skip to inside the jet*

Y/n was on the left side of OA and Adam on the right side of him as we flew threw the canyon being chased by Sorian and her jet "WoAaaHhh" Adam and Y/n said as they started floating, he grabbed onto OA face to stay there and Y/n grabbed onto his torso, Adam got pulled back into his seat along with Y/n into hers "Can't believe it let me in!" Y/n said stunned "Same here" Adam said as we went between the canyon walls "I've always wanted to try this" OA said "wait what r u doing?!" Y/n yelled as he stopped the jet "Did you just shut the plane off?!" Adam said "Yes I did" OA said "Oh my God oh my God oh my God oh my God oh my god" Adam and Y/n said till he turned the plane on feet before we hit the ground and then he backed up into a dark corner of the canyon as the other Jet zoomed past them "Where the hell are they?" Sorian said "they gotta be here somewhere" Christos said "Adam check your ion readings" Sorian said "Your reactors damaged. You have one jump left, if you don't come back now, you never will" sorian said OA turned and looked at Adam then at Y/n "what do you say kids? Your call." He said "We don't pull this off, we're not getting back, either one of us" he told them "Adam looked at his dad's watch and then turned to Y/n, he looked at her for a minute as if he was deciding what was right for her and then turned to OA "Punch it" Adam said to OA and then OA turned to Y/n who just nodded and grinned "Oh yeah!" OA said and took off into the sky "Gotcha" christos said chasing after them, both jets started going towards eachother "Adam!!" Adam yelled to Older Adam "I got this!" OA told him "Come on Reed. Come on" Christos mumbled through gritted teeth "Adam!!" Y/n shouted towards OA "I got it!" OA Said to her "Adammmmm!" Adam" said to OA as they sped off "COME ON!" Christos yelled "Lets not..." Adam started "Die!" OA finished as they went into the warp and it closed bringing them to 2018

*time skip to the class*

3rd person POV
OA, Adam and Y/n peeped they're heads into the classroom as they all stared at Mr Reed in disbelief "It's really him.." Adam said, y/n looked at him with pity and love in her eyes and hugged him "Yep" OA said still staring at Mr Reed "he's so..." Adam started "Yea." OA said pulling them out "Alive, come here for a second hey. Let me do the talking in there" OA said "We have to tell him what happens, he doesn't have to die!" Adam said "We say nothing, okay?" OA said "Why?" Adam questioned "Only what he needs to know, everything else...we cant." OA said "I wanna hear you say it guys, 'I won't tell him' say it, say it" OA said "I won't tell him.." Adam and Y/n said, the two boys stared at eachother for a second before they walked back inside and stood against the wall when OA answered a question and the class was dismissed "Adam..?" Mr Reed said looking at his Older Son "Dad." OA said in response "Dad!" Adam said running up to Mr Reed with Y/n and hugging him "Adam? Y/n?" Mr Reed said, He hugged the two teenagers and looked at OA "Is..is this time travel?" Mr Reed questioned

*time skip to walking out of the school*

"He came back from 2050 and got you guys?" Mr Reed said "Yes" Adam and Y/n replied "How old are you two now?" Mr Reed asked "14" Adam said "13" y/n said "and are you two like together-?" Mr Reed questioned "Yes" y/n said smiling at him and then at Adam, Mr Reed turned to OA "Why did you need your 14 year old self?" He questioned OA "I didn't" He said "You needed me to fly the jet!" Adam said "Adam shush!" Y/n said "Jet?! There...there's a jet?" Mr Reed said to OA "there's a jet, my jet" OA said "Oh" Mr Reed said "What I meant was I didn't need you originally" OA said "2022 was a mistake" Adam said "20- and you flew this jet?!" Mr Reed said "Yes" Adam said "Did you tho?" Y/n questioned her blonde headed boyfriend who glared at her, Mr Reed turned to OA "Is that my jacket? As y/n sat behind Adam on the bed playing with his hair while they all talked she made little pigtails with some spare hairbands that she had "My ego, my hubris my need to be best, to be first, to be the smartest guy in the room. And here we are" Mr Reed said from beside Adam "A disgusting character flaw" OA said from the window across the room "He didn't know" Adam said "But I should have" Mr Reed said "Yeah" OA said "Mankind has no business tampering with the mechanics of the universe, there are forces greater than science" My Reed said "Your right, that's why we're gonna put the genie back in the bottle, and destroy time travel before its even invented" OA said "Uh- what's done, no matter how terrible you should not and cannot be undone under any circumstance, even us being here talking like this were perverting fate and time" Mr Reed said "I told you sorian already did that, she'd had the world by the balls ever since" OA said "And you know that for a fact? Do you have scientific proof that she changed things? No you don't because you can't know, but I will tell you this. Mr Reed said looking at OA, OA chuckled "I need to go for a walk" he said getting up and walking out, Y/n got up and went to the bathroom to give the boys some time alone knowing they'd need it "I can't be here Adam, i-i have to go" Mr Reed said getting up and walking to the door "Please don't go" Adam said "I have to" Mr Reed replied "this is...this is bigger than any of us and it's too dangerous what he's asking me to do, I cant" he said hugging Adam "We will see eachother again" Mr Reed said to his son "Wait" Adam said turning his father around "I need to tell you something" he said "No, you can't say anything else to me, I can't know the future, I'm sorry. I have to go home, your mom and you are waiting " he said as he turned back around and walked out. Y/n walked out of the bathroom and wrapped Adam into a tight hug "Hey its okay...it'll be okay, we can do this okay? We're gonna get back to our timeline and this whole thing will finnally be over, okay? I love you" She told him as he cried into her shoulder "I love you to.." he replied

*time skip to outside with OA*

Adam sat down infront of OA "what?" OA asked "I know you think you know more than me because your older" Adam said "Go away guys" OA told the duo as Y/n sat beside Adam "And I know why you hate him so much" Adam said "Really?" OA said "Well, do tell I'm on the edge of my seat here, holy shit I wonder what it I- was it because he's a narcissistic or uh uh never came home from work? Or cared more about his job than his so-" he said but was cut off "Because he died" Adam said as Y/n looked at the two boys she layed her head on Adam's shoulder and traced different shapes on his palm "You hate him because he died" Adam said "You made yourself hate him, because it was easier than missing him..and I remember some stuff you maybe don't wanna." Adam told him "oh ya? Like what." OA questioned his younger self "Playing catch with us, almost every night" he said "Catch?" OA said "he'd get home from work, be so tired and I'd still be in the backyard throwing the ball against the pitch back with Y/n, you remember the pitch back right?" He said "Oh I remember the pitch back, ya he bought it so he didn't have to play with me" OA said "Nope, he bought it because they had one in the window at Altmans, and everytime we'd passed by that store, me and Y/n would beg him to buy it for us, so that's what he did, he'd see me throwin in the yard, and no matter how tired he was he'd always grab his mitt to come out for a catch. Things happen to you, to us, and we suck at dealing with it. I'm starting to think that's something we do, I give mom a hard time now, and I think..I think it's easier to be angry than it is to be sad..and I guess when I get older..I forget that there's a difference" Adam said "How'd you get to be so smart?" OA said "how'd you get to be so dumb?" Adam asked him, Adam reached for the beer but OA pulled it away and Y/n smacked his arm "No Adam" She told him as OA took a drink of it
