༄𝐒𝐚𝐠𝐞'𝐬 𝐏𝐨𝐯༄ "Friends" I say confused. "Yeah what else would we be?" "Nothing nevermind. You have a good night Robin" I say letting go of his hand and walking away. "Wait what did you mean" he says running to catch up with me. "Nothing Robin drop it" "You meant something" "Just fucking drop it" I say.
"Whatever I'm not dealing with this right now" he says. I've never turned around so fast "You're not dealing with this? YOU LED ME ON AND SAY WE'RE FRIENDS" I say raising my voice " Led you on? What the fuck are you talking about" he responds. I scoff and turn around when he grabs my hand and pulls me towards him. "Let me go you asshole" "Not until you tell me why you're so upset" "Robin I swear to God I will kill you if you don't let me go" my voice cracking halfway through. "Just tell me what it is."
"Normal friends do not hold hands and shit. Normal friends don't almost kiss in the fucking kitchen Robin" He doesn't say anything for a while and so I remove his hand and head home.
As I walk away he doesn't try to stop me or anything showing me that he really didn't care. When I get home it's 8:10 and my parents are waiting in the living room for me. "You're late sage" I hear my mom say but I rush to my room and slam my door.
I throw my bag on the floor and take off my shoes to get in my bed and sleep the pain off. It seems like there were other plans for me because in comes my mom.
"You know damn good and well not to ignore me or slam doors in my house" " sorry mama it won't happen again. I know she knows something is wrong but she doesn't pry which is why I'm happy she came in instead of my dad.
She quietly exits my room after we tell each other goodnight. It's hard to sleep the first few minutes but after a while I'm out.
When I wake up I'm not in the mood so I put my lock into a ponytail and throw on some jeans, a tank top and then a sweatshirt. I grab my bag slip on my shoes and head downstairs.
I make my way to school when I see another flyer. Taylor Vaughn is missing. My chest tightens with guilt and a lump forms in my throat. All these kids go missing and are never found. They have to experience all the pain and suffering while we are safe at home.
"Hey Sage" Finney says coming up towards me. It's just him today witch I find is weird "Where's Gwen" "She's not feeling good so she had to stay home" he responds.
We walk in silence until we reach the school. I see Robin walking towards us so i turn to Finn "I'll see you in class" I say walking towards the entrance of the school.
The entire day I had been trying to avoid running into Robin and I successfully did that and now it was trying to avoid him for the rest of the week that was hard.
