we pulled up to the penthouse. ya'vani was in the passenger seat and Treyvon was in the backseat. I was looking for apartments, but I seen this penthouse online and it was big and it seemed pretty nice.
"ion know this neighborhood seem kinda Boujee, ion need these white people on my ass" I said looking at the penthouse
"It looks cute to me. If you feel that way why you just ain't continue to stay wit me" ya'vani frowned
"We talked about that vani im not finna be staying wit my girlfriend as old as I fucking am. And I got the money to move out" I said slapping her thigh
"Mhm whatever" she mumbled as she got out the car
I got treyvon out the car and held him in my arms as I walked in the front of the building's penthouse.
"Oh hi you must be sketta" the lady that was finna show me around asked and I nodded
"now why would you give that lady yo nickname" ya'vani munbled rolling her eyes
"Ion know that bitch" I mumbled back
We went into the elevator which led us to the penthouse. The lady showed us around. It had about 4 bedrooms and they where all pretty spacious and three bathrooms. This was pretty nice for me because of course ya'vani and treyvon was gone be over here.
The lady left us to just look around for ourself. So me and ya'vani was just walking around and talking. Treyvon was running around doing that Superman shit he like
"You like it" I asked ya'vani as we walking throughout the kitchen
"Yeah it's nice" she mumbled
"you good? You acting kinda weird" i asked pulling her close to me
"Yep I'm fine." She backed away from me
"mm" I mumbled
"So have you made your decision" the lady walked back in and I nodded
I told her I wanted that I wanted it, and we did that downpayments and shit. But at the end I had finally had my new penthouse, and I was finally out of tremain and kati house. Thank god
