Zaylia and Dylan sat on a bench outside on the porch as Lenny cooked some bacon on the moth trap. Zaylia was bemused to say the least and Dylan...well Dylan has seen his dad do weirder things.

"Yeah. Let's see this, look at that" Lenny talks to himself as the bacon sizzles. "Ooh. Ooh"

"Hey, dad, look Keithie's outside" Dylan says. Lenny's eyes lift from the trap and they all look over at the young boy who reaches down and picks up a rock.

"That's it, buddy. Okay, throw the rock. Skim it. Throw it a tree, throw it at the lake" Lenny says.

"Throw it at your idiot brother" Dylan says and Lenny gives him a funny look.

"Hit your head with it. Just do something" Lenny finishes, but they all sigh when Keithie drops it. "Come on" Lenny was disappointed. He had managed to raise kids who didn't know how to be normal and play outside. When Dylan was born, they played basketball everyday and did a lot of outdoor activities, and then Lenny got so busy with work that he couldn't do that with Greg of Keithie. So he distracted them with games.

"Hey Greggie, what are you doing dressed like that?" Dylan eyes Greg as he walks past them. He was way over dressed for the weather. Baggy black pants with a silver chain attached to the hip and a white button up and a black hat. Zaylia felt hot just looking at him.

"Is it a small world after all?" Zaylia teases and he rolls his eyes.

"You hanging out with Jiminy Cricket?"Lenny adds.

"We were supposed to be going to Milan, remember? That's what I packed for" Greg says.

"Come on, just cut those into shorts we'll play some hoop later" Lenny says and Zaylia perked up at this. She's been dying to get on the court.

"Ooh, that's a great idea" She beams.

"Pass, dude" Greg's sighs.

"You don't revenge for the last time I whupped you?"

"That was four years ago, homey. All I want is to fly to Milan and have some fresh-made gelato" Greg says before storming away. Dylan scoffs and punches his nose.

"God, when did he become such a brat?" He mumbles and Lenny sighs.

"I don't know"

"Ouch" Eric chuckles from behind Lenny.

"Wow. What would your father have done on that one?" Lenny asks his friend.

"That one would've been a backhand to the side of the head and possible bleeding from the ear" He replies and Lenny, Zaylia, and Dylan chuckle.

"My father would've thrown me down the stairs just for using the word "gelato"" Lenny says and they laugh again.

"Come" Zaylia says suddenly grabbing Dylan's hand and pulling him away. He doesn't argue, just follows. She begins leading him near the lake and the two of them just wander around over there. Zaylia found a stick on the ground and began drawing in a small patch of sand she found. She giggles as she drew her best attempt at drawing Dylan's face.

"Heh, look it's you!" She wheezes as she doubles over in laughter. Dylan shuckers at the mess of a portrait in the sand. She continued to laugh at her horrible drawing and Dylan took that as his chance to pick her up by the waist and fling her over his shoulder.
Her eyes widens and she screams, gaining the attention of everyone in the lake house. They all pile out to watch the scene unfold, worried for a second that something bad had happened.

"NO! Dylan! PLEASE!" She squirms as he walks deeper into the water. Dylan beams ear to ear and laughs at her attempt to escape with oh was no use considering how strong he was.

"I swear to god Dylan! drop me RIGHT NOW!" She screams. Dylan shrugs.

"If you say so" He throws her into the water, and this time it was his turn to double over in laughter. Everyone at the caving howled in laughter. As Dylan was laughing, a smirking Zaylia stood up and tackled him into the water. If she was going down, then he was going down with her. The two of them began a water fight with one another as they laughed and teased each other like they were in a cheesy rom-com. Zaylia swore she wasn't this corny, but Dylan brought it out of her.

The moms were watching with awe at how adorable they were. Especially Roxanne. She saw the smile on her sons face and her heart panted in sadness knowing they were leaving tomorrow morning.

"They're gonna get married. Mark my words" Sally sighs dreamily watching the two.

"She's a good girl. Dylan has been so closed off to relationships, she turned his head so fast. I can't believe I admit, if he married a Higgins, I wouldn't be disappointed" Roxanne smiles.

"Okay, okay, I yield! Stop!" Dylan shouts as Zaylia continues splashing him in the face. She backs down with a triumph smirk. They were both soaked. Her pants threatened to fall off her hips do the the weight of the water. She wondered if she looked like a racoon because of her mascara.

"Look at me now. I'm soaking wet!" She crosses her arms. Dylan smirks and she points a finger at him as a warning.

"Didn't bother you when you were soaking wet last night" He says quickly and she squeals in annoyance

"I swear to god if you keep bringing that up" She barks. Every time he kept on teasing her, the embarrassment crawled back. It wasn't that she regretted doing it with him, she was mad at the fact that she never blushed or coward away from a guy before and then this Fader boy comes along and makes her blush like a freak. She hated the effect he had on her.

"What are you gonna do, huh princess?" He smirk. She glares daggers at him before marching her way back to dry land. He chuckles before following after her.
