constance billard school is an exclusive private school located on the upper east side of manhattan, new york. it begun as an all boys school until becoming co-ed in the 1960s. it is home to the children of the most affluent and renown families of new york society. this is where teenagers riding in limos and wearing diamonds to dinner is commonplace.
constance is well known for being a top institution in the east coast for high school, in addition to being the most expensive. it is notorious for its powerful alumni who go on to attend prestigious universities, ivy league institutions, and maintain strong careers.
in order to maintain a pristine and charitable image the academy does hand out a small handful of scholarships to gifted students each year.
but wherever there is exquisite style and large trust funds, there is drama. a new generation of teens are introduced to the surveillance of gossip girl — a ruthless and mysterious blogger. it's the same old game of scandal, seduction, and lies but this time with new players.
