𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚: caesar is a visionary. a creative force. he's always thinking ahead and planning the next step. he is a strong, passionate individual who only compromises so much. and that's what makes him unique. despite his wealth is not greedy, though he does seem to have a distaste for the "common" people lifestyle. he works hard to get what he wants and almost always gets what he wants. he is a trailblazer and an excellent headmaster. he does care about his students and their livelihood, but above all he cares about his academy and the image it portrays.

𝑩𝒊𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒉𝒚: caesar was born the youngest of four and the only son to a billionare renown throughout the world for being president of united kingdom diamond exchange in london, england. be grew up with everything he could want for.

when it came time for him to go to school, his parents wasted no effort or coin to get him into the best school possible - constance billard academy. he quickly proved himself to be capable in many areas, from academics to sports to arts, though he mainly turned his focus to academia, regardless of most his peers getting away without doing any school work because of their money and himself being able to if he wished.

he thrived at constance billard, becoming popular without vicious, intelligent without being nerdy. once graduating, he went on to attend university with a double major in business management and law, and a minor in economics. after graduating, he went to work for the united kingdom diamond exchange, his father's position as president easily securing himself a starting position that most would have to spend years to earn. however, caesar proved himself fully capable of the responsibilities given to him, being dedicated and hard working.

he eventually tired of the business, it being too repetitive for her taste - something more that he worked in because of expectation and not desire, and that did not create a true passion. his father didn't find that news entirely unexpected, being sad to know his only son had little interest in the business but accepting his decision. from there, he got a position as a diplomat for the united kingdom, and he traveled on behalf of his country for a few years - some of his travels being more work oriented and others leaning more towards leisure.

on one trip, he found himself near his old school, so he made a day out of stopping at vanderbilt and wilmington and talking with some old teachers, as well as the headmistress. he managed to say she had no definite future plans, and by the end of the day, he got an offer to be the deputy headmaster based on his past experience. it felt like that was the right job for him immediately upon being offered it, and it didn't take long for him to accept. caesar has fallen right back into routine, and he is doing well at his job, wholeheartedly dedicated to bettering constance billard as best as he is able.

𝑺𝒆𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒔:
1) in order to be accepted to constance billard, every student is required to pass an extremely difficult entrance exam. most students devote years of practice in order to ace it. throughout the years of caesar's time as headmaster, he openly has accepted bribes from rich parents that have pushed for their students to be accepted which is illegal.

2) after being offered headmaster deputy at such a young age, the original headmistress explained to caesar that she had no plans of stepping down in the future. after years and years of acting as only an advisor to the headmistress when he was promised more, caesar grew tired of waiting and took action. the former headmistress was mysteriously once found dead in her home without a scratch on her body and to this day the case is still unsolved.
