POV entitlement “Heavy rain falls in droplets of writing tears.”
It shot and slit Loki’s face but he just blankly stared ahead as a needle crawled in his skin protruding and punctuating the open wound. It was almost horrifying yet I was amazed as it worked its way around the spot and stitched it gracefully and quickly without blood flooding out. Nothing was there but a black gap and then it was pulled together and repaired effortlessly. Loki signed and looked ahead determined..
“Sorry Charu that you had to witness such disgust..” He said remorseful.
“No, no I actually found it to be quite interesting.” I happily responded as we wait for the arrow shooter.
She comes up angrily shouting at us. She’s practically fluming with rage among other things. Her golden eyes gleaming and narrowing as she finally stands before us.
“Papers! Do you have a permit!?” She exclaims.
She snarls her feathers shaking violently as she speaks. She’s furious at us with her explosive outburst. I only hear snippets of it. Noticing she was a erasable yet she isn’t dead-like. But I can clearly see the words however smeared they are scarred on her and those odd tribal markings. I try to touch but catch myself as she glares at me.
“No we do not have erm these papers, but she’s a-”, Loki interrupters her from yelling at me. He leans over whispering the last part to her and her eyes widen in shock then she exhales.
“She is..?” How’d she wound up here.?“ She questions Loki frowning and nodding at me every once in a while. He nods back in some unspoken agreement.
“Doesn’t matter she still needs permission to do what she’s been doing all afternoon. Or there will be hell and chaos on MY HEAD.” She remarks smirking silently at me. What an odd girl I think to myself.
“I was just trying to help people honest.” I squinted suddenly everything feels hazy and I get lightheaded and dizzy.
“Well, you two just follow me and we will get this all sorted out.” she hisses her steps quickening.
We all start walking to a drab little gray office type building bricked up and with blacken windows it’s a depressing sight to behold. So I look around instead of paying attention to her. Spotting the most magnificent umbrella I have ever come to see. I run away unnoticed picking it up, its splendid. With its stripped pattern intricately designed to cleverly form a face. The handle the shape of a raindrop I fall it love with it instantly.
“Well aren’t you beautiful.” A husky voice mutters be hide me sneaking around me. I was spooked but stuck to my spot all at once.
“Thank you kindly miss for finding my umbrella.” His voice was warm now taking the umbrella from my hands without little struggle. He's caught me off guard.
He leaned on the umbrella effortlessly relaxed giving off a sheepish smile. His hair was the color of the pale moon, compared to his milky white skin and striking green liquid eyes. His expression was shadowed from me only his voice was a giveaway to how he truly felt.
