Phil blinked open his eyes just to find himself having a splitting headache. He immediately noticed that he was still lying on the floor, a bare memory of what happened.
He also soon realized that his hands were cuffed behind his back, making it extremely difficult for him to get up. He managed to after some time, though, leaning on the bed for support.
Phil started looking around for anything he could break off his handcuffs with, nothing coming to mind. He knew the door had to be locked, they wouldnt let him out that easy.
It was worth a shot.
He made his way to the door, facing backwards so he could grip the knob. He tried turning it, only for it to stay stuck, locked. That's when he got the idea.
He lined up his hands, separated, onto the sides of the handle, so that the chain would be resting on it. Carefully, so he didn't completely miss, he lifted his hands, then slammed them right back down.
To his surprise, his hands separated, the chain broken on the right cuff, hanging off of the left. Admittedly, it did hurt his wrists, but it gave him much more availability to everything.
The first thing Phil told himself he needed to do was write back to Techno. He rushed to his chest to grab a piece of paper and a pen.
|Techno, they are after you. Be ready to fight. They found the compass.|
He didn't waste time rolling it up and tying it, then giving it to his crow. In his mind, they needed to go fast. Techno could be in serious danger, esspecially if he didn't know what was coming.
His head jerked around as he heard a key fumbling in the door, the man outside only making Phil more anxious. His head tilted towards the ceiling as he sighed and brought himself to face him.
"Quackity."
"Phil! Aye! Nice to see your up."
Phil didn't hesitate to strike at Quackity, punching him in the nose. Quackity covered the blood , wiping it off, leaving a crimson smear down to his lip.
"Fair," Quackity started, not getting mad at Phil's action. The man was ready to go in for another. "but I'm just here to tell you what's happening."
Phil held his hands in fists, waiting to go again until Quackity was finished. He needed to know what the hell they were going to do with Techno before he could say anything.
"Since you didn't comply yesterday, your back in house arrest. We got the compass and have brought it to a shop. They're working on making another, and it'll point to the same place, 'cause apparently they can do that. Tubbos pretty smart, y'know? But anyways, once we get that fixed, we'll get Techno in, and have you watch the execution. Then we will let you off to do whatever it is Philza does."
This is when Phil broke out and swung at him again, hitting his jaw this time. It left Quackity surprised, his mouth hanging open.
Quackity quickly snapped back, throwing a fist at Phil, who easily backed up and avoided it. He took Quackity's arm and spun him around so that his back was against his chest. He grabbed the chain of his handcuffs and put it against Quackity's throat, not choking him quite yet.
"If you hurt Techno I will kill you and the other three." Phil could feel the smirk on Quackity's face as he let out a laugh.
"Phil, come on. I want to see you try. Your son has already set his fate. He is a traitor to the country, the number one on our hit-list. You on the other hand, are just what we are using to get him. We don't intend to hurt you."
Phil brought his hands in, digging the chain into Quackity's neck. The man bit his teeth together, silently wincing. He elbowed back at Phil's side, earning a bit of breath before he was pushed yo the ground.
