Amity: I know that there's a chance that that guy or other humans would try and capture us... and while I know the risks... if it means we can still be with you, then I'm willing to take that risk
Luz: But what if someone finds out y'all are from the Boiling Isles? They'll hunt you for sure!
Amity: Then we won't let anyone know, other than your mom and Vee, that is. I'm not sure about King and Hooty yet... but me and the others can pose as humans
Amity: We can use headbands or hats to hide our ears. And if we do need to use magic, we'll be careful so that nobody sees us using it
Amity: If someone manages to see through our disguise, well... we'll just have to take care of them
Luz: T-Take care of them? Y-You're not gonna get rid of them or something, are you?

Amity: Maybe if you show her you did make new friends here--and an awesome girlfriend--she'd let you stay here. You'd come visit her, so that way, you and your mom can still see each other every once in a while
