Elizabeth's POV:
It is April 22, 2010. I got on my penny board and rode off. I had my headphones in and turned up my music so loud I could only hear it and my thoughts. There was a nice breeze going through my nice, long, brown hair.
I had so many thoughts going through my head. Grades, boys, and my social life. I'm so worried about life and the future when most people just live their lives day by day. Nobody quite understands me or knows the real me. Life isn't as easy as people think it would be for a 15 year old. My thoughts were interrupted.
My headphones rip out of my ear and fall in the grass with my phone following behind. My board suddenly goes off the sidewalk and I fall flat into the street. I am not able to move as my leg was broken and out of place. I am in the road screaming for help but it wasn't more then a whisper. As I lay crying for help there a truck full speed coming my way. This was the end.
Right before I thought my life was over, I see a figure come upon me. Its like an angel was hovering over me. He picked me up and threw me to the grass. The truck swerved and hit the boy. The boy laid there, perfectly still. Blood rushing down the street. The noise of sirens started to get louder and louder as they got closer. I blacked out.
