And that uneasiness was noticed by Taehyung too, because of what he didn't aproach you today. Knowing very well messing around won't be any good idea right now.

You were hurriedly taking out the files submitted by you and the members but frowned when you didn't find Mina's..in the list

"Mina, yours isn't here?", You asked confused yet blankly

While she ignored you and stood still using her phone which triggered you up,"I'm asking you something? What will you give to Mr.Shin and the director mam today?"

She sighed annoyingly now finally looking at you and spoke, "Aren't you here just to assign the work to the members? So just do that, no need to worry about other things"

Now you started getting angry, your energy level was just low so you didn't shout instead spoke calmly looking straight towards her, "Oh yeah? Fine, the moment I start doing so, you'll actually regret it and you know that. Fucking behave yourself, bickering is not necessary everytime", with that you walked out of the room after slamming the files on the table making her flinch.

Everyone went silent while Suga even looked at Mina irritatedly, "what's your problem?", He whispered going near her and taking the files before everyone made their way towards the meeting room.

Minutes later

You bowed and went to sit like everyone else too after handling the needed things to Mr.Shin, while he started talking to Namjoon about something.

Only one seat was empty beside Taehyung, and you quietly went there, sitting down without even looking at anyone.

A soft tired sigh left your mouth..

Why are you even here.. you've been holding back your tears since morning ...it was getting so hard now

First mom..then Cho-hee..

Mr.Shin started talking and explaining some important things while everyone listened to him.

".....We've assigned you guys for the same, as you all know after what happened four days back how the rules are even more strictly needed to be followed..."

You cursed at him for bringing up that topic again and looked down closing your eyes. Your hands started trembling while you kept shaking your left leg under the table out of a habit which you do when you're nervous...or stressed. Even your face had turned pale while a thin layer of sweat coverd your skin.

When suddenly..you felt a warm hand being kept on your cold trembling one, caressing it softly.
You raised your eyes to look at Taehyung whose eyes showed confusion and worry.

He knew none of you could speak, it was a rule which strictly needed to be followed during the meeting.

So he just asked you through his eyes what's wrong while you let out a shaky breath shaking your head slightly.
You gulped feeling a lump in your throat again and tried removing your hand from under his grip but he didn't let you.
Instead, holding your hand even more tightly and securely, he pretended that he was focusing at the front and you let him be.

You didn't even feel like protesting or something at the moment

What you didn't know was, two people watching you both as they soon looked away feeling jealous

The meeting ended minutes ago and everyone went back to attend the classes,,it was arts period which almost everyone loved.

Because they could roam here and there, could do their work with their friends while talking and laughing.

And there you were, sitting at the back looking at the pieces of paper in your hands.

You regret not meeting her that day.

You regret not being there for her.

You regret not telling her why giving up is not an option..

It was the last period of the day and soon the dispersal bell would ring too.

You were busy in your thoughts when you felt someone sitting beside you.

Taking a glance at your side uninterestedly you found the only guy who can dare to sit beside you without asking, Taehyung ofcourse.

Not seeing you react, and seeing you act all dull the whole day, he sighed and frowned.

Why did he even care tho?

"What's wrong?", He after thinking for a while, finally asked and you . . .
