Tess was laying flat legs spread horizontally across the table and hands on either side of the table. Virion was watching me with anticipation on what I was about to do next; perhaps worried about his granddaughters condition after this or being able to see first hand just what aether is truly capable of.

Putting my left hand on Tess's stomach and my right on Sylvies egg. Sylvie was in her human form from across the table with both of hands on Tess's stomach with Regis behind her with both paws placed on her back.

"Ok guys I'm going to start. You both know what to do right?" I asked. They both nodded and with that I started.

I began to will aether into my Vivium rune of life and gathering the necessary insights into performing this task. My arms began to glow a gold light and I could see Sylvies egg glowing a dark aura.

Then it began. Her pain. It began in tiny bite sized increments where she would just grit her teeth, it slowly began more painful and for longer periods of time. Knowing for sure that this was going to be the most pain Tess would have to go through I sped but the process.

Her body began to glow and the dark aura enveloped her entire body like a second skin. Looking to the corner of my eyes I could see Virion's eyes widened with a worried expression plastered on his face. He looked like he wanted to say something but probably trusted his gut that I knew what I was doing.

"Don't worry gramps this is the most pain she's going to have to go through" I tried to ease his worries and I could see his expression softening a little bit on the edges.

The pain went on for about 5 more minutes until it finally slowed down with us near the finale.

"Were almost there Tess just hang in there" I told her, she replied with a thumbs up signaling that shes fine.

Seconds trickled by as the dark aura that had previously just cover her body slowly disappeared. What I saw was a girl with flawless gunmetal black hair with some strands left of her gunmetal silver hair. Tess had slight rips and torns all throughout her clothes. Through pants and sputtered breaths Tess managed to open her eyes revealing two gorgeous Crimson scarlet eyes that reminded me of Caera's.

"Tessia!" Virion screamed as he ran over to his now awakened grandaughter.

"I'm. fine. . grand. .pa" Tess replied through gated breaths.

Virion turned his gaze to look at me, "So I assume shes asuran now?"

"Yes she is, though my control wasn't the best I still managed to get the job done and got around 80%"

"83 percent to be correct. I just went inside her body and checked it. Mana core still intact and everything. Though her beast will is no longer there." Regis assured as he jumped out of Tess's body.

Looking at Tess gramps spoke up, "so how are we going to explain Tessia's new appearance to Alcuin and Merial. Are they two also know of whats to come in the future or no"

"Ayee!! were the horny trio! No acutally the horny totality!" Regis screamed in exitment at the prospect.

"Were not calling ourselves that"

"ok"

"To answer both of your questions at once, yes we're going to tell them about the future. Secondly we'll just tell them that it's just a condition for her core awakening early."

As Tess got up I could see two glossy matte black horns on the side of her head. Though they're in their beginning stages I could see that her horns will grow to be a sight to behold.

They both nodded at me

"Anyways brat, Tessia its getting late we should talk to both Merial and Alduin about this tomorrow morning and send a message to Rinia asking for her assistance and that we would like to meet with her. In the meantime lets get some sleep to prepare for what's to come tomorrow."
