Percy had failed.
Gaia was never defeated, and her wrath and power decimated all attempts they made to defeat her.
To awaken the only ones capable of defeating her, and saving his friends, Percy had to sacrifice his life and leave everything he kne...
Percy felt cold, frowning he opened his eyes and looked around.

"Where am I?" Percy asked himself before the memories rushed back to him, the destruction of Camp half-blood, the sacrifice, and Pontus. Percy fell to his knees, it was hard to breathe. His chest hurt, and his ears were ringing, He shook his head, as he tried to calm down, and slowly he evened his breathing. Finally, he looked around inspecting the forest he was in, "I hope it's winter here" Percy muttered to himself. Standing up he inspected himself and with surprise saw he was wearing his usual clothing.
Grey jeans and his converse shoes, his orange camp half-blood shirt, with a grey jumper over it, and thankfully his necklace and all of his beads were still on it.
Percy sighed in relief, before feeling something in his pockets, frowning he took it out and smiled, It was Riptide. "At least I'm not unarmed," Percy said, as he felt within himself he realized that his powers were all with him, completely unchanged, "I guess being Isekaied isn't as glorious as they make it out to be" Percy joked, but as the silence of the forest bared down on him, he frowned. "I should probably find somewhere I can stay" Percy muttered, before looking around, eventually spotting a pathway leading up a nearby mountain. After a moment's hesitation, Percy shrugged, "Eh, what's the worst that can happen?" He should've known better than to tempt fate.
As Percy walked up the mountain, he froze. He could feel it, the Aura of death.
During the war with the Primordials, Percy had learned how to sense the Aura of everything around him, like an enhanced 6th sense. He could feel the Aura of many things, Evil or Good, Human or not, living or the taint of death, sometimes he could even feel the Aura of power around someone. But what he felt now, was unmistakeably the Aura of Death, no the Aura of a Massacre.
Percy ran up the mountain as fast as he could. Once he reached the top he found a temple with closed doors, without thinking he thrust the doors open, and what he saw shocked him.
Before Percy was something that was not human, eating a dead man, and around him were even more corpses. Percy's eyes widened as disgust, anger, and shock rampaged around within him. Slowly the creature turned around.
