Remus Twin Sister

Platform 9 3/4

It is now the morning of September 1st, 1971, the lupin twins are running around their room trying to make sure they have everything for school.

    " Kids lets go we're going to miss the train." Lyall yelled for his children to hurry. The twins ran thru the house, Remus with their trunks and Luna with their bags they made to have on the train with them.

   " Let me help you Luna." Hope said to her daughter and she grabbed a bag from her. Lyall grabbed the trunks from Remus and loaded them in the car. 

  " Did you put my books in my bag for me for the train?" Remus asked his sister. 

  " All the ones you laid out on your bed, along with the snacks and sandwiches mom and I made." Luna said. Remus nodded and grabbed his bag from his mother and got in the car to go to kings cross. Luna followed behind her brother after kissing her mothers cheek. Their father drove off as the twins waved their mother goodbye. Lyall pulled up outside of kings cross after 30 minutes of driving, he parks and gets his kids trunks out of the car as they get carts, they load the carts with their things and go to platform 9 3/4. They find the platform and run thru.

   " That was fun." Luna said as her brother and father come thru the wall. Remus nods excited about seeing magic and the train.

  " This place is crowded." Remus said looking around at all the kids with their parents preparing to get on the train to Hogwarts.

  " Lets go get your things loaded on the train kids." Lyall said as he led his kids to the train. The twins left their trunks with the man loading the bags on the train and just took their carry on bags with their food for the train.

  " Alright I will see you kids at Christmas, be sure to write to your mother and I and stay out of trouble. If anything happens and you need to come home let Dumbledore know." Lyall said then hugged his kids, kissing their heads.

  " We will dad." Remus said letting go of his father.

   " Look out for each other you two. Your mother and I love you, see you at Christmas." Lyall said as he started to walk away from his children.

   " We will dad love you too." Remus said as he grabbed his sisters hand and they waved at their father. The twins then turned around and climbed abord the train. The twins looked for and empty compartment but couldn't fins one so they found one with two boys inside. Remus opened the door and poked his head in.

  "Can we sit with you?" Remus asked as he moved so they could see his sister. One of the boys nodded his head and moved to let the two share a seat.

" Thank you. " Luna said as she sat beside her brother and smiled at the two unknown boys.

  " No problem gorgeous. " A long dark haired boy said smirking at the girl. Luna rolled her eyes and moved closer to her brother.

  " Sorry about him he's a flirt. I'm James Potter and that is Sirius Black." The dark haired boy with glasses said smiling at the twins.

  " Remus Lupin and this is my sister Luna. It would be great if you didn't flirt with her thanks mate." Remus said glaring at Sirius.

  " Sorry man only joking. Sorry Luna you are very pretty thou." Sirius said smiling at the twins.

  " Um thank you Sirius." Luna said awkwardly.

  " Anyways what house do you guys want to be in? " James asked.

  " Anything but Slytherin. My whole family has been in Slytherin but I won't be." Sirius said determined to be different then his family.

  " I don't really know what house I'll be put in. I just hope I'll be with my brother." Luna said.

  " I think we'll end up in Ravenclaw. We are both very smart and like the read all the time." Remus said laughing as his sister gets into reading her book.

  " Well I will be in Gryffindor just like my mother and father were." James said proudly. The children continued talking about Hogwarts and what they were excited to do most till they arrived at Hogwarts.
