Emmys Pov

I don't know why people are just suddenly appearing. First is was Kem. Then Sora and Kaori and Carlos and Blair and a lot more other people. Not gonna lie, it's getting quite overwhelming. I was so used to having only me and Bloo around, but now it's just stressful having to deal with older children.

It was early in the morning when I woke up. I was waking around until I see this guy coming from the bridge. He had brown and blonde hair and purple eyes. My eyes already tearing up.
"Herris!!" He looked over at me.
"Oh my god! Emmy! It's been so long!!" I rushed over to him and hugged Herris tightly. For a little background, Herris used to be my best friend until he went on a quest for something. Me and Bloo were never told what the quest was about but we didn't think much of it.
"How have you been?!" Herris asked in excitement.
"I'm doing good! You?"
"I'm doing great! How has Bloo been?"
"Everything's been fineeee you don't have to worry big brother!" I laughed. It was a joke that I called Herris big brother or just brother in general. They were literally just like a brother to me. I caught Herris up on everything. The new people, the tree, how everything is doing pretty much. He looked a bit shocked on how many new people around our age there was. Most of the people that were at the with us were younger children. I would of been shocked if I left for a year to go on a quest and come back to here the camp has so many new people.

Herris is a child of Hecate, meaning he can sometimes use some magic to disappear and reappear. We do sometimess call him magic man. Or that's just me.
"People just keep appearing and it's getting a little bit overwhelming. My social anxiety has been getting to me a lot more because of everyone. But I've had Kem! So it's fine!" Herris looked at me with a grin.
"You seem to talk about this Kem person a lot. Do you have a crushhh" he said teasingly. My wings flapped and I clenched my fists.
"No! How could you think that!!" Herris just laughed. "Emmy I've known you for year I think I know if you do like someone or not!" I started walking away back to my cabin.
"Ugh! Whatever!"

As soon as I entered my cabin, I stumbled down on my bed and just sat there for a few seconds. I can't fall in love again. Last time that happened it didn't end well. I though to myself. I just layed down and ended up just starting at the floor for a few minutes untill my eyes fully closed and I went to sleep.
