Plot: Y/N is a young man who was born and raised in the outer rem everyday was a struggle to survive and his parents did their best to make sure he knew how to take care of himself because they won't always be there for him but then one day the young man was collecting broken machine parts on the surface to at least try to make something to sell however him and other scavenger were then chased down by Rapture as the boy thought he was going to die suddenly out nowhere time seemed to have stopped it was then Y/N would meet a man by the name of Shirou Emiya who would tell Y/N that he had chosen the boy to become his successor to his powers Underworld queen squad would tell Mustang about the recent changes in the outer rem to which intrigued the man who would then come to the outer rem and would meet Y/N the one who is responsible for the changes in the outer rem and would extend an invitation to the young man to become a commander to help get his people out of the outer rem it was then Y/N's journey begins as he becomes a commander with his mission to get his out of the outer rem and reclaim the surface from the despicable raptures
