Chapter 3

"This does not look like a hospital" was the first thing that Nazli said when they aparated to the Potter Mansion.

"It's not a hospital but we have the best healers taking care of your brother right now." Said Lupin.

"Can I see him?"

"Not just yet. Soon but why don't you come inside with us for now."

The other members of the Order had also aparated to the mansion by now. Everyone had a keen interest in who Nazli was. The shaken up girl had made everyone confused perhaps more confused than seeing Regulus alive. Hearing her call him "brother" also was something that made them curious. Cygnus had seen her dark hair and grey eyes and his first instinct told him she might Reg's daughter but jo she was s little old for that. At the moment all he wanted was to solve the whole mystery in front of him.

Lyra and Sirius had not spoken a word since they came back. Both were deep in thought. The people soon reached the large dining table that was in the huge sitting area of the house. The children were already settled there. Oliver Wood, perhaps the most excited one of the lot went running to his parents and after giving them a big hug asked them what the matter was and why his mum looked so upset.

"Oh it's nothing very serious darling. We just have to take care of some stuff. Why don't you lot stay here for a bit and we'll join you soon" said Lyra fixing her son Oliver's hair and giving her daughter Cass a quick kiss.

They took Nazli inside. No one knew what to say or what to ask her. Cygnus went first. "Would you mind if we asked you a few questions after we've settled?"

"Oh that's alright" said Nazli sitting in one of the chairs in the room which was often used for the Order meetings. "Will my brother be alright." asked Nazli.

"Yea of course love. We'll soon be able to visit him. Now why don't you tell me about your relation to him?" said Sirius passing her glass of water.

"He's my brother. My older brother."

"your real brother" asked James immediately.

"Yes. Of course"

"And... and your parents" asked Lyra doubtfully.

"They are not with us anymore"

"Oh I'm sorry for asking" apologized Lyra. "You see we... we are old um friends of your brother. What happened today shocked us all. Do you know anything about it".

"I don't. I was just in my treehouse when I heard noises and when I came to my house I saw abi and he was ohhh...." she started crying. Cygnus put a comforting arm on her shoulder. If she was Reg's sister that meant she was his sister. He was baffled. Lily Potter and Joanna Black had now joined them and Joanna had in the meanwhile put some calming draught in Naz's water. She felt  little better after drinking it.

The adults had decided that they needed to question Reg about everything. He was there only hope but for now they had to wait for him to get better and so they did.

Joanna took Naz to meet the other kids so the adults could have a proper chat and try to make sense of something, anything. All the children looked up when they saw Naz and Joanna come in.

"Oi listen to me you midgets"

"Mom you can't call us midgets" screamed her son Lorenzo Black.

"Now now. Calm down and listen to me. This is Nazli" she said gently pushing the shy teen forward. "I want you all to make her feel very welcome. She will be staying with us for a while."
