POINT OF VIEW
THIRD PERSON

A yawn escapes Lisa's mouth as she stands behind the brunette, who's currently talking to the forensics that investigated her father's case. She can't believe Jennie woke her up and rushed her to take a shower and get dressed because apparently they're going to do something important and she wants her to come with her.

She watches them have a serious conversation while she just remain standing with her hands in her coat, listening to every word they say.

"Did you...find any dna in the scene? Besides my dad's of course." Jennie asks.

The anthropologist pursed her lips, "Well, unfortunately, we didn't get any. It's just his there, no hairs, fingerprints. Nothing,"

Jennie nods, feeling a little disappointed, "Can I have the address? I mean the place of the crime?"

The old woman who's dressed in white shrugs, "Sure but you won't be able to see much in there anymore. We've already cleared the area, is that okay?" she asks and the latter nods aggressively. She writes it on a small piece of paper and hands it to Jennie, "It's in a farm, near the stables."

"That's right, thank you, thank you." she bows to the lady and turns to Lisa with tensed shoulders. She's panicking and extremely nervous as she's about to do the thing that she knows she should have done earlier.

Jennie makes her way to her car and Lisa follows her to the passenger. She releases a huge sigh before turning on the engine and drives away to their destination. The Thai only stare at her, finding it odd how the brunette looks so uneasy before her eyes. She knows she's nervous, hell her hands were literally shaking, and she respects that.

The drive was silent, a comfortable silence, and Lisa decided to just look outside the window and admire the outside for once after being in a coma for months and imprisoned in that house. She missed going out freely, going to the bars to get wasted, to the club to hook up with different people but she wasn't happy when she's doing that. When Jennie came, she experienced a whole different type of excitement in her life for once and she liked seeing her and being with her.

Everybody knows that.

She glances at Jennie, "Hey," the latter gazes at her with a 'huh?' expression. "Are you alright?"

"Yeah, I'm fine."

Used to Jennie giving her short responses, she just nodded in understanding and looks away once again.

"I-I'm just nervous,"

Lisa turns her head in surprise, "You don't have to worry about anything. If something goes wrong, I'll handle it." she reassures her with a blank expression.

The brunette gripped the wheel, "Okay," she gulps and nods. "Okay." she whispered to herself.

-

Jennie drives a couple of hours until they reached the farm in the countryside part of the city. They both got out the car and look at the farm before them, searching for a person present outside.

She looks at the paper in her hand, "We're in the right address, aren't we?" she asks.

Lisa just lets out the loudest sigh and snatched the paper from her hand, "You never needed this, you know." she stated, "I've been here, remember?"

The brunette glares at her, "You could've just told me! I spent a lot of time asking strangers where to go and you were fucking sleeping." she gets the paper back from her and crumpled it before throwing it on the sandy ground.

"I wasn't sure if you wanted me to talk,"

"Well, I did." she rolls her eyes and shakes her head, "For god's sake," she muttered and stomped to the small house next to the farm.
