Plot: A person from a family/group of friends goes missing only to return and not quite be the same.
Notes: Honestly this is pretty vague but it reminds me of Agatha Christie's writing. This is, of course, full of elements of mystery and the supernatural if you prefer so. I'd recommend setting up behavioural patterns of the person who goes missing and simply change those patterns once they return to show the readers the change in character but in a subtle way.
