Lady Hyra Beaufort's father died when his daughter was 3, if his daughter and wife are to live with the fortune he inherited one of them will have to marry. Given that her mother isn't exactly set on marrying again and ruining her own reputation Hyra must join her fellow socialites to find the man of her dreams, or simply the man that will allow her to do as she pleases once an heir is secured. Her mother was given until Hyra made it to 21 to find her a husband, or the fortune will be gone. Follow Hyra Beaufort as she tries to find a man who will not care to put his abnormally large nose in her business and ends up finding one who cares to much about putting his nose right into the centre of her personal goings-ons. Follow Anthony Bridgerton as he desperately tries not to find a wife that he might actually enjoy the company of, but can never seem to leave his perfect version of woman alone. Follow them both as they find the world isn't as black and white as they originally thought, or perhaps they've just gotten more familiar with the colour.
