Reyna's POV

Even though I told Pete that I was going to bed, I actually couldn't sleep. So I got up, after laying in my bed for an hour or so, and started decorating my room. I hung posters of bands I liked along with Cubs and Blackhawks posters up. Along with a pennant from the Cincinnati Reds.

I unpacked my suitcase and shoved my clothes into the dresser. I opened up another duffle bag to find all my possessions in it. I pulled out a picture of a woman with wild curly blonde hair and a man with dark brown hair and a small stubble. In the middle sat 14 year old girl with long brown hair, they all were smiling at the camera. I smiled and put the picture down a tear rolled down my face.

I pulled out another picture with the same girl but about when she was about 15. She was surrounded by two boys about her age, one had short blonde hair tucked under a ball cap and blue-green eyes. The other who was taller the the both of them had neat jet black hair and storm grey eyes. They each held stakes in their hands and made funny faces. I laughed, after a while of putting stuff away I wander around the warehouse until I see the sun setting in the west, with that I decide to make dinner for the boys as a thank you present.

Patrick's POV

I wake up to the smell of food I look at the time. 5:30 Wow I sleeped in for a long time. I walk into the kitchen to find Reyna cooking what looked like spaghetti and a large pot right next to it. Pete was at the bar making his drink, while Joe and Andy were arguing who would win in a fight Superman or Batman.

I walk over go Reyna and ask, "What are you cooking? It smells really good."

"I'm cooking for you guys as a thank you for understanding my troubles," she shot me a smile, "so I decided to make something from my second home. It's Cincinnati chili," she stops talking as she stirs the big pot.

I look into the pot, "Sounds interesting now what's the spaghetti for?" I ask.

"The chili is supposed to go on the spaghetti and then cheese on top"

I look at her shocked, "And you eat that? Oh and by the way Andy is Vegan so-"

Reyna cuts in, "Yes I know he told me so he can have a Greek wrap, that Cincinnati is also known for, my vegan friend taught me. Ok guys dinner is ready."

Soon everyone was sitting down and enjoying what Reyna called a "3-Way" it was surprisingly good. Even Andy, the quiet one of the group spoke up, "Wow this is the best thing I have had!"

"Well thank you Andy," Reyna smiled at him.

But before she could talk even more Joe butted in, "Now Andy I still think Batman will beat Superman!"

My phone suddenly rings and I look to find a clip of the Punk vampires terrorizing the city, "Hold on guys we got trouble." And with that we ran out the door.
