Billie sit on her own on a chair and crossed her legs, eyeing you. "Hey you, it's me again, and welcome to the first part of this book!" Billie smiled. "It's very exciting for me because the book begins with my point of view, which is an honor." She chuckled. "Darryl is a little jealous of that, but that's fine," Billie whispers the last part and laughed.
"I heard that! And that's not true readers!" Darryl's voice echoed the room. Billie shook her head and laughed. Darryl walks over to Billie and stands in front of her. "Besides, her point of view is boring as hell. Wait until it's my turn." Darryl winks.
"Get out of my view! It's my turn to talk to the ladies, not you!" Billie pushed Darryl away from your view. "Correct me if I'm wrong, maybe gents are reading this. But I got informed that most of the time, ladies are reading the whole series. Probably because I'm in it. Hehe." Billie smiled sticking her tongue out.
"You wish!" Darryl shouts again. Billie chuckled.
Billie shook her head and pouted her lips. "It's okay, I'm a fan of you too!" She whispers and clears her throat smiling at you. "Anyway, I'm not going to spoil anything! Have fun reading ladies or gents and I will see you very soon." Billie looked aside seeing Darryl eating her chocolate cake. "Hey!" Billie shouts and stands up running over to Darryl to stop him.
I grabbed my skateboard and walk around the skatepark. I fixed my black beanie on my head and watched the guys and also girls doing amazing tricks on the halfpipe. I chuckled biting my lip. When none was skating on the halfpipe, I safely got on it and run to get on the top of it with my skateboard, I stand next to a few others and waited until it was my turn.
When it was my turn I placed my skateboard on the edge, holding it steady with one foot. I count in my head and placed my other foot on the skateboard, I glide down and fast came to the other side. I did a nice trick flying in the air with my board and safely got on the halfpipe with my board. The skaters cheered me on. I smiled and did the same again.
In a distance I see Roselani walking past the skatepark, with a book in her hands. She's reading it while walking on the sidewalk slowly.
Oh my God, Roselani is here. I feel my heart in my throat and the butterflies in my stomach. Just then I lose my balance and fell on the middle of the halfpipe with the skateboard next to me. I groaned feeling dizzy, a few people are standing around me checking if I'm okay. Then, I see her beautiful face.
"Billie, Billie? Are you okay?" Roselani questioned worriedly touching my cheek. I narrowed my eyes and smiled at her. Not feeling the pain at all because of how distracted I am at the moment.
